Ski on Ski off Obertal at Stratton

Great location! This Ski-in Ski-out community, Ober Tal, is situated alongside the Tamarack triple chairlift at Stratton Mountain Resort, providing easy access for skiers and snowboarders to lifts and trails. This renovated Obertal condo features a primary bedroom and bath on the first floor with a 2nd bedroom with three twin beds and a bathroom/shower in the loft. Perfect for the small family or group. The open kitchen, dining and living room with wood fireplace are completed updated and the furnishings and artwork are very tasteful. A welcoming entry is designed for the convenient storage of ski gear and outerwear along with the washer and dryer. A small balcony looks out to the valley and surrounding mountains. Book your stay now and experience all that this charming Obertal condo has to offer!
Firewood is supplied in the woodshed between A and B building. If ashes need to be emptied, call 802-713-8536 during working hours. Please DO NOT try to remove the ashes yourself this could cause a fire.

Great condo!

Condo was very clean and perfect for our family of 5. The host was very easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Ski Condo

We stayed for a weekend ski break with my kids. The Condo has been recently renovated and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was fresh and new. We have stayed in so many dated and old fashioned ski condos that this one was so refreshing and enjoyable. Location is great for Stratton village and ski in and ski out. Parking was right at the front entrance. We would highly reccommed this condo and definitely will stay again.

Great stay at Stratton. Last minute ski on/off reseravation

Pivoted the day before we booked as we cancelled a trip to Puerto Rico. Three night stay. Mom, Dad and the two teens. Good location. Super clean. Cooked in one night. Well stocked kitchen. Great towels. Well stocked in general (soaps, liquid soap, laundry detergent, etc). Very reasonably priced. Great ski on and easy off. Loft was good for the kids (bathroom up in the loft). Only issue was would prefer if the loft was 'closed' off a bit more. But - would absolutely stay again.

Lovely experience

We booked a stay and appreciated the flexibility the property manager showed with letting us add a day, and responsiveness during our stay. They indicated they are a newer property manager and they are doing all of the right things with customer orientedness and desire for renters to have a wonderful experience.
