Included with your stay are two covered parking spaces, conveniently accessed from Church Avenue. For ease and security, coded locks provide seamless entry throughout your visit.

The exterior grounds are monitored by a security camera system, and a single interior camera is positioned inside the locked wine cellar, solely viewing the wine bottles. This area remains inaccessible to guests, ensuring both security and privacy.

While Vintage House, a neighboring structure with three additional bedrooms, is part of the estate, it is not included in this listing.
