Vintage House offers a rare Downtown Bozeman stay, combining privacy and togetherness in one beautifully designed space. With this listing, you’ll have exclusive access to two private suites within the same building, each with its own exterior entrance—ideal for groups traveling together while still enjoying personal space.

Perfect for multi-generational families, friends, business travelers, and couples, this setup provides the best of both worlds: shared experiences and individual privacy. Whether you're here for work or adventure, Vintage House offers a welcoming space to create lasting memories.

V1 | Main Floor Two-Bedroom Queen Suite – A private, hotel-style suite with contactless entry. Designed for convenience, it includes two queen beds, a seating area, and an efficiency kitchen (no freezer or range) for light meal prep.

V2 | Walk-Up One-Bedroom King Suite – Located on the upper floor, this suite features a private entrance, a small balcony with patio furniture, and a full kitchen with a range and freezer. The unit is fully equipped with cooking and dining essentials, providing a more independent stay.

Note: V1 and V2 have separate, non-connecting entrances.

Vintage House is a private, two-story residence thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The main floor (V1) features two bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a private entrance, while the upper floor (V2) includes a master suite, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private balcony.

Located on the Vintage Estate grounds, Vintage House is a completely separate residence from Rouse House (RH), which is not included in this listing. Guests at Vintage House will have exclusive access to both V1 and V2, along with designated areas for their private use, including two off-street parking spaces.

For ease and security, coded locks provide seamless access to both suites. The exterior grounds are monitored by a security camera system, ensuring a safe and private stay.

Situated in Bozeman’s central business district, Vintage House offers immediate access to the city’s top restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, and nightlife, making it the perfect retreat for groups and families seeking both privacy and connection in the heart of downtown.

Beautiful unit and great location

Really lovely! Stayed in Bozeman three nights while skiing Brigger Bowl, Awesome location and the units are both lovely, gorgeous remodeling and super high-quality. Could not have been better!

Incredible property in the BEST location!!

Our family and friends came for a short weekend to visit our son at MSU and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place! The entire home was clean and thoughtfully appointed. It was spotless and comfortable. The host was attentive and helpful through the entire visit!! Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Bozeman downtown paradise

Great setup and location, modern units built with the traveler in mind. Will stay here again, have used several other options over the past five years when coming to Bozeman, this by far the best option.

Fantastic location in the heart of Bozeman

Attention to detail beyond any place I’ve stayed at to date. Both apartments were fantastic, extremely clean, and very comfortable for both families. Communication was fantastic and we appreciated all the small touches and the ‘no guest chores’ policy. We enjoyed the short walk to Main Street and the restaurants in Bozeman. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location!

Such a great property! We rented both units and both were very well appointed. The units were very clean and so well-decorated. The beds were quite comfortable. Communication with the unit’s manager (owner?) was fantastic. We were sad we could only stay one night. Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot near downtown

The property was clearly created for rental. Which is great! Easy access, easy to clean, easy to manage, etc. Perfect spot to start walks down Main Street. Really nice rental.

Perfect amenities, comfortable and clean.

This location was perfect. Three couples met for holiday time together. We used both "condos" and enjoyed clean space, great decor and amenities, comfortable beds. We cooked dinner together and enjoyed being two blocks off main street. Good shopping and access to bars/restaurants. Easy to walk anywhere. I highly reocmmend this vrbo!

Great stay in town

Very, very nice VRBO. Construction was well done and very thoughtful. We loved walking to all the restaurants in Bozeman (we didn't cook, so I can't comment on the kitchen). Loved all of their detail. We rented both units. Property manager was very attentive. I would be thrilled to stay here again!

Brand new modern house steps from downtown.

Beautiful new modern house with wonderful amenities. Feels like a new luxury hotel room but with more space. If you rent both units there’s space for a group plus you are literally 2 minutes walking from downtown. Wonderful spot!

Perfect Place, Perfect Location

We utilized both flats and everything was as described and made to feel like home. The owners made sure every detail in a stay away from home was covered with the two flats. The location is perfect for visiting the cute downtown on Main Street and easy access to I-90 leads to Butte, Billings, Yellowstone , airport and many other locations. Would recommend this two flat or if only needing one of the flats. Looking forward to returns in 2024 and Happy New Year to our hosts. Thank you!

Clean, cozy and walkable

We had two couples in our party and each had our own space. Modern, Clean and walkable to everything on Main Street. Property manager was very thorough and checked in to see if we had any questions. There were so many thoughtful touches in our places from the snacks, coffee and bottle of wine in the kitchen to the toiletries in the bathroom to the ear plugs and white nouse machine in the bedroom. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

We brought our 18 year old son to visit Montana State University. Another son flew in to meet us. They stayed in the 2 bedroom unit on 1st floor. My wife and I stayed in the 1 bedroom above. The 2 units are separate and have separate entrances. This gave everyone their own space and privacy….. perfect for family with teens. The units were very clean and had everything we needed. The location is just 1 block of downtown Main Street which made it so easy for us to walk in town for coffee, breakfast, drinks, shopping, dinner. The location is really ideal. We had a great stay. If my son ends up choosing to go to MSU, we’d definitely go back to Vintage House. I highly t commend without any hesitation Steve

A Mixed Bag

We had high hopes for this property when we booked! By the time we arrived, the listing had been updated to show that there were two separate suites, which we knew, but the listing now showed there was NO connection between them. This was a DISASTER with small children. On the exterior, the landscaping is all dirt and mud with pipes everywhere. In addition, there are five security cameras watching you at all times, which is not disclosed on VRBO. The pipes jutting out of the driveway also precluded us from parking closer to the property entrance. Construction debris is all over the property. On the interior, the finishes are lovely, except the cowhide pillows shed all over your clothes. One light fixture in the upstairs suite bathroom was missing its glass shade. In addition, the valance to the downstairs suite main window was missing its pull so we couldn't see out at all during our stay. This property wants to be an A+ rental, but it is not ready to be rented and there needs have been much more thought in the design, such as a walk-off entrance between the two suites and a spiral staircase, as space is at a premium. Also, why put the big kitchen with the king bedroom, when a family needs the big kitchen rather than the tiny kitchen in the downstairs where there are two bedrooms with queen beds? Also, construction workers were there most days, less than 10 feet from our entrance and with little privacy. I wouldn't stay here again unless I didn't have children.
