We absolutely loved this property. Very spacious for our family. Location was within walking distance to Waikiki as well as a lot of shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, safe. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend

Amazing

Our stay was wonderful! Steven ensured everything was perfectly set up for my group and was very quick with his replies whenever we had questions. Location is great and just a short walk to the beach! Totally recommend!!

This condo is spacious and clean and in a fantastic location. The street it's on is quiet but it's just a block away from all the shops and restaurants of Waikiki. We didn't use the beach equipment but from looking in the closet, I could see there were tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, kids toys etc. There is a washer/dryer right in the apartment, but we used the public ones on the 4th floor which worked great. We loved it!

The suite was great. We had everything we needed. Great location. Clean and easy access. We used valet parking. Which made it easier for parking. We come here again.

Location was excellent and, generally, the property was as described in listing. The "panoramic view" is more front and back of the unit, with a single kitchen window for a third side. Accessing the room at check-in was delayed as cleaning crew was not done. Perhaps because they hurried, the unit had a kitchen counter that was not cleaned well and an uncleaned drip coffee maker. It also did not have hand towels or wash clothes. The beds had thin comforter covers that needed to be supplemented for warmth. The unit itself was minimally equipped, ranging from an absence of laundry detergent to an absence of sufficient comfortable seating. The unit is able to accommodate 6; however, there is a single sofa in the living area that functions more as a love seat for two and no other living area chairs other than those for the table and kitchen bar area. The living area had a couple of standing lamps that stood sentry alongside the television with no furniture nearby. The primary bedroom had no seating other than the bed. Overall, it was clear that this was a rental for years with no warmth or touches of home. Very sterile and sparsely equipped. I would not entertain a return visit.

The delayed check-in due to cleaning is not our standard, and we’ve addressed this directly with our team to ensure better timing and quality control moving forward. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we take your comments seriously. We also appreciate your notes regarding supplies, seating, and comfort. We are continuously making updates and improvements to enhance the guest experience, and feedback like yours helps guide those upgrades. In fact, we have family (our aunty and uncle’s family) staying in just a few days, so we’re taking this opportunity to go through the home carefully and make thoughtful additions—they’ll also be helping us identify anything we can improve further. Our goal is always to create a comfortable and welcoming stay for every guest, and we’re disappointed we fell short during your visit. We truly value your input and will use it to improve. Mahalo
