Historic Butler Home on Fargo's Iconic 8th Street. This designer Midcentury Modern 5,000 sq ft beauty features a heated indoor pool, 6 bedrooms including 2 King-bed masters, cabana room off of pool, 4 bathrooms, kid's bunk room, man cave, outdoor entertaining space including a 3:1 charcoal/smoker/gas grill, and much more.

Conveniently located minutes from downtown with easy access to the interstate, this home is ideal for soaking in all Fargo/Moorhead has to offer.

Work has recently taken us out of state, so we have decided to rent out our beloved home to those looking to explore the Fargo/Moorhead area. When one of us is not in the area, we do have local co-hosts able to tend to needs that arise.

Family Fun

We had a great stay! There were plenty of places to sleep and gather. The pool was awesome! We loved that there were places to hang by thePool even if you didn’t want to swim! The kitchen/dining area gave plenty of room for us to share breakfast together and gather in the evening!

The host is pleasant to work with and responsive. We have 13 of our 17-member family and there was plenty of room - play room for the grandkids, man cave for watching movies and a pool! We spent a lot of time in the pool, but it was a tad cold. The sauna was great. The kitchen is well stocked (a nice change from the unit we rented last year). It was great to have a Christmas tree to put all our gifts under. I would recommend and we are likely to try for this house again for our annual family Christmas gathering. Thank you, Eli! We had a wonderful time.

The pool made the stay!

The pool is the highlight of this rental. The bottom level movie room was great. Kitchen area was good with enough room for all of us to eat together! Very few rules and expectations set to be done when checking out.

The open floor plan and spacious kitchen were ideal for our extended family stay. Communications were timely and accurate with the host. The younger adults and grandchildren especially liked the indoor pool. The pool area is conveniently separated from the main house by a sliding glass door that not only acts as a sound barrier but successfully bars unsupervised young children from entering it.

Host was amazing to work with. Got us in last minute due to my own scheduling issues. The house is located in a beautiful area convenient to downtown and interstate. We were in town for Fargo Wredtling Nationals. This is feedback I provided at the host as well, but do think it’s worth noting the photos in the listing are outdated. The home is in need of a deep clean with reset of items in the home. Few examples: high chair is in the dining room but two legs are broken, layers of dust on all cabinets (kitchen & bathrooms), kitchen fridge has not been cleaned in an extended period of time, pool area in its entirety. Overall I was thankful to be accommodated in short notice, but do feel there is opportunity to improve the overall experience with such a high price point.
