Relaxing escape

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin! Kimberly was very welcoming, awesome host, and helped us find the cabin because we got lost. We had everything we needed towels, blankets etc. It was quiet and serene and we can hear a small creek on the property.

Nice Place. A bit rustic, but very quiet & peaceful.

Very large property, next to other large properties, though we saw no one around while we were there. Lots of trees and birds, in a hilly area. Property is overgrown in places, like at the creek, which we couldn't actually see much, but could hear it, which was nice. The house is nice, well stocked, comfortable. It doesn't really have 3 bedrooms. The floorplan is open with a loft, with no doors, and the beds are just placed where there is room. There are some mouse traps (so, a possibility of mice), but we just figured they are part of the environment of critters all around. The host, Kimberli, was nice, and was available.

Great Cabin!

A lovely cabin, great for a private getaway in the mountains. It was a great home base for adventures into Kings Canyon. The host, Kim, was incredibly helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect location for visiting Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks

Wonderful location for visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Very close to the parks and great views of wildlife right from the kitchen table! Recommended but note that there is no WiFi and extremely limited cell phone service.

Nice Cabin

We enjoyed the stay very much! The Cabin is near to the Sequoia NP. Inside it was very clean, but outside it could be nicer! Kimberi was very friedly and we reach her every time!

Great cabin quit .Hosts met us when we arrived.very nice .will pass on to friends lookin for cabin

We and dogs injoyed the 5 days of peace and quit .Not one fire work Kimberli was a very friendly.check on us couple times to make sure we doing ok .

Long Relaxing Weekend!

My dad and I stayed at Kim’s place with my dog Archie and we absolutely loved our stay! The area was quiet and remote, and Kim was a wonderful host! Very welcoming of me having my dog as well. Absolutely would stay at this property again in the future!

Close to Everything that is Great!

Super clean with everything you can need. It was spacious inside and outside. This is in beautiful location and close to Kings Canyon and Sequoia. The Host was wonderful, so accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would go back just to stay here again. We just loved the privacy of this cabin and how close it was to everything that is great.

Wonderful and peaceful

Very nice, cozy and peaceful cabin. Lots of space, beautiful furnishings, lots of games and books for evening entertainment. A short distance to Kings Canyon National Park, lots of wildlife. As a last minute idea to get away and see the National Park, could not have asked for better accommodations.

Amazing stay

What an amazing cabin! The property had everything we could ask for and more. Kim was wonderful and made sure we got there safely! Close to the park. We loved watching the wildlife at the cabin too.

Starry nights

She’s a great host and the cabin beautiful with games movies and rest.. I slept great in the bed and enjoyed the quiet the crickets and mostly the stars at at night beautiful!!..my only concern was the foxtails which pups wanted to sniff, and the heat although there was a swamp cooler it’s just a hot time of year everywhere..very close to the sequoia park which is a beautiful forest..keep in mind no phone signal however she has a landline.. thank you Kimberly for a great escape on my birthday 😊

A Wonderful Cabin

The perfect location when visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The cabin is well taken care and has all the needed amenities. The stars and the quiet added to the location's wonderfulness. Loved it!!

This cabin was built in 1956 by William, where he lived till he passed away, I am now the property owner and would love to see it enjoyed by those that are looking to escape the city and get back to nature, a place to unplug and reconnect with your spirit, kids and heart.

I am most at home in the mountains and have lived here 37 years. The Pinehurst area provides the mountain environment while being reasonably close to the cities of Visalia and Fresno. This particular property is nestled amongst the, cedars, and oaks and is right off the main road to Kings Canyon. Wildlife is attracted to the creek which flows seasonally through the property.

Peace, quiet, and seclusion, opportunities for walking, birding, horseback riding, and nature study. Artists (writers, painters, musician and composers) will enjoy the opportunity for introspection. Close to Dunlap (archery center) parasailing and hang gliding (Dunlap flight park) General Grant Grove of Giant Sequoias, and Giant Sequoia National Monument.
I think it is so important to us to get away and just unplug play. Games and puzzles or at the cabin for guest to enjoy.
I also allow well behaved pet's $25.00 to $35.00 dollars per pet per night pet need to be house broken and well behaved, pets are not to be lift in the cabin when guest leave, if you don't want to take your pet on your outing, you can leave them in the kennel that I have provided for them.
