Emmerse yourself in this fresh, fun, airy sweet studio tucked away in a quaint historic neighborhood within walking distance of everything. Find your way to the “birdhouse” and just savor this delightful abode until you find your self refreshed and ready to explore a lot or a little no matter.
Walk, walk walk till you drop enjoying the delightful weather and scenery. If walking isn’t your choice of travel then grab an electric bike, scooter etc… and zip here and there and everywhere. Find Lake Eola, Downtown, Thornton Park, Milk District Mills Park and if you wish on to Winter Park. So much to see and do with the best of the best weather here in Central Florida
If you like the attractions that’s a 25 minutes drive and will fill your days with fun. Walt Disney, Universal and more and more and more. Orlando is a fun place made especially to entertain those who come to visit. Of course, I also recommend a day or two at the beach never further than an 60 minutes away. A day of waves of fun frolicking in the surf with your friends and family.Come be our guest and enjoy your stay !!!!

Beautiful birdhouse

I stayed at the birdhouse for 1 month and it was a great decision. The host was kind and very attentive to my requests. The place was beautiful, cozy, great location and it was exactly what I needed. I will definitely recommend the birdhouse to friends and family.

I would give a perfect recommendation after my 18 day stay at the "Birdhouse". The owner Mark was very attentive, and personable. The property itself is well maintained, and well appointed for a longer stay. Very special area with parks, and local dinning areas within walking, or very short driving distances. Overall I was very pleased with my experience, and would stay again.

Very responsive

My 81 yo uncle stayed for 6 nights. He was a bit needy but the host, Mark, was very responsive and gracious. We really appreciated that. The studio apartment is adorable, clean and comfortable.

Dynamite historic downtown neighborhood I’ve called home for 25 years with weather that makes you smile in Orlando built especially to entertain people from around the world. You can just walk out the door and mesmerize yourself exploring Rose Arden Park next door or Lake Eola three blocks away. So very much to see and do before you jump in a car maybe and go, go, go exploring the great State of Florida
