We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautifully decorated and has all of the comforts of home. It is located in a nice area, away from the craziness of the big city yet close to local restaurants and even a grocery store. We will definitely stay again if in the Orlando area.

The townhouse was beautiful! Very well maintained and decorated. Dennis was a very gracious and accessible host. The location was perfect to take advantage of what College Park offers (from a walkable distance!) while also had easy access to the highways for exploring the rest of Orlando or Central Florida! We will definitely stay again!

I’m originally from Florida and love creating spaces where guests can relax, recharge, and feel at home. Hosting allows me to share the charm of my neighborhood while connecting with travelers from all walks of life. I take pride in offering clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed homes—places I’d love to stay in myself. When I’m not hosting, I enjoy exploring local spots, trying new foods, going to theme parks, kayaking, hiking (outside of Florida), and traveling. I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of charm, convenience, and community. College Park has a welcoming, walkable vibe with tree-lined streets, cozy cafés, and locally owned shops that give it a small-town feel in the heart of Orlando. I love how easy it is to access downtown, museums, Lake Ivanhoe, and vibrant dining options—while still enjoying peace and quiet at home. It’s the kind of place where neighbors wave hello and guests feel like locals.
