John was responsive and helpful. The unit suited our needs and had the beds necessary. Could use a couple closet pole to hang clothes. John even showed up with a shovel the morning it snowed for the first time. Thank you!

Disappointing stay

The property i booked was not the property we stayed at. I was sent instrutions to enter the place saturday the day before check in a noticed tye adress was diffent so i called on our travle up that they were haveing problems with the house i booked and we were "upgraded" to another place just right down the road. Once we arrived and entered the "commerical building" not the small house i booked the tempeture was 84 degrees inside the place this was around 4 pm. So we turned on the ac and went to the lake to fish. At around 8 pm we returned where the temp was still 80 degrees so i called no answer and texted the host no answer and went and got a hotel room. The next morning we went fishing till around lunch time and came back to the comerical building the temp was 74. With fans and 74 we decided we would stay there. The host did come by no call or text just stopped in told us he didnt get a missed call or text from us the night before but wanted to check in on us. I told him we had to get a hotel room the night before but we would stay the rest of the time if the ac would continue working and it did until thursday. Thursday around lunch time the host called and offered me 200 dollards for the night we stayed at the hotel and would like to bring it by later thursday afternoon when we got off the water from fishing. We finished fishing around 2 pm and headed back to the room. Arriving at the room the ac had quit working and the temp was back up to 81 degrees. I tryed cont
