Essential Booking Information:
Stay Requirement: 7-night minimum (Per KCB City Regulations).
Flexible Turn-Day: Check-in/out on Saturday or Sunday (subject to availability).
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Occupancy: Strictly limited to 5 guests (200 sq. ft. per person per city code).
Pets: One small, non-shedding dog welcome ($200 pet fee). No cats.

Rates & Policy Notes:
Cleaning Fee: $200 per stay.
Pool Customization: While 80° is complimentary, a $165/week fee applies for advanced requests to heat or chill the pool further.

Peace of Mind: We strongly recommend travel insurance during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30). Full refunds are provided only in the event of a government-mandated evacuation.

Beautiful house! We had a wonderful vacation staying here. Exactly as pictured. It’s furnished with everything you need. Even beach chairs. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The pool/patio is so nice. We loved walking down to sunset beach in the evenings. Only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable so beware if you have a bad back. Other than that the house is perfect.

The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing—truly a little slice of paradise The dock and entire outdoor space were beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The house was well equipped and had everything we could ever need, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.The neighborhood had such a quaint charm, and the sunsets at the beach were unforgettable. The owners were fantastic with communication and even shared some great local festival recommendations, which made our stay even more special.Would definitely come back!

After 16 years coming to this area we were overwhelmed with this beautiful location. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Wonderful sunrise views and lovely pool and outdoor seating. Our host was very attentive and replied within 10 minutes. Also very dog friendly and peaceful neighborhood.

From the moment you enter it has a very relaxed vibe . From being immaculately clean, comfortable and not to say the totally paradise back yard with an amazing pool! Convenient boat docking too! Right outside your door! And totally enjoyed the kayaks too! Patti is phenomenally great to deal with, quick responses and eager to meet your needs! I highly recommend Souther Comfort at KCB! Perfection!

You want to stay here, I promise. Don't hesitate, don't look at other listings; stay here! Everything about the stay was better than we could have hoped. The photos don't do it justice, and the comfort has to be experienced to be believed. It's all of the best parts of staying at a luxury, boutique location mixed with the comfort of home.

Southern Comfort

Our stay at Southern Comfort was wonderful! Cute place with the perfect location. The landscaping was beautiful and the pool was perfect. Unfortunately we were there during the 344 fires so the wifi and communications were out, but we spent most of our time outside anyway.We love KCB and love this home!Thank you Patti!!

We drove 7.5 hours to get to this place which we booked in August of last year. When we opened the door the chemical smells were so strong it made my entire family feel nauseous and physically unwell. We decided to leave to get food and see if it would subside and it didnt. I reached out to the property owner/manager and she was very quick to respond. I told her my concerns and she first offered a full refund if I left the night we arrived, but then quickly backtracked and said she would only refund half of what we paid. The pictures show a brand new looking home, but it was far from it. The couch, chairs and rugs were all stained. There was mold in the owners bedroom shower and mold on the mini split ac units. Considering the price it costs per night to stay here and previous reviews, we were very disappointed in the home and the host. We felt as though we were stuck and it ruined are stay.

Thank you for your feedback, Matthew. We take guest concerns very seriously and strive to provide a 5-star experience, as seen in our recent 10/10 guest reviews. When you reached out at 10:15 PM, I called immediately to address your concerns in the middle of the night which most people are in bed on Sunday night. While I wish these issues had been mentioned earlier in the day so our cleaning crew could assist right away, I did my best to provide immediate solutions. To clarify, this home has NO MOLD!!! and was recently renovated and has been fully inspected and cleared by the City of Key Colony Beach. Fresh Scent: We have been using the same cleaning company and they use high-quality 'Fabuloso' cleaning products for sanitation. I suggested opening the sliding doors to air out the 'fresh-clean' scent, and I even had a neighbor drop off natural candles to ensure your comfort. I also suggested the cleaning crew from now on to use "Scent Free" cleaning solutions. As far as the "Couch Condition" Our couch is only one year old; while it may show very minor signs of use from being in a pet-friendly home, and have closed to hundreds of guest stayed prior your arrival, it is professionally cleaned regularly. We were disappointed we didn't hear back from you the next morning after our efforts to help. We wish you the best in your future travels. Regards, ~Patti

We have stayed at several places in Key Colony Beach over the years, and this was by far the cutest place we’ve stayed! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Our dream is to live here permanently and share this paradise with travelers from around the world, showing that life is all about health, happiness, and simple joys.

Key Colony Beach has everything we could ask for—convenient shopping, excellent restaurants with friendly staff, and one of the best hospitals just 10 minutes away. It’s a very safe community with 24/7 law enforcement, giving us peace of mind every day.
