Clean, Quiet, Views, Beach Gear, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures accurately portray the property. This vacation rental was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and just a short walk to the beach. All beach equipment is included and conveniently located in a garage (no lugging heavy wagons, chairs etc up and down steps). The unit was very clean, had all that we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The patio had wonderful views of the intercoastal waterway. This is an older complex but this unit has had many updates and has been well taken care of. We’ve been vacationing in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area for years and this unit ranks high for us. One thing to keep in mind, there are stairs up to the main level and stairs to the second floor bedrooms. Seaside Property Shoppe is a reliable, professional agency to work with (this is our third time renting thru them).

2024 New Year Family Get Away

We surprised the kids with a Christmas/New Year trip instead of gifts. The property was gorgeous and the location was amazing! We couldnt have asked for better weather and the property manager was responsive to any questions we had! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Excellent Location

This condo was in an excellent location, right on the inter coastal waterway and across the street from the Gulf. It was spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved that they provided beach chairs and a cart to carry it all, we do wish there were more beach towels. Trying to turn on the tv was a bit confusing so we skipped the tv for the week and it wasn’t missed. Again the was a beautiful condo in a beautiful location. I would highly recommend.

Amazing Property

One of our favorite rentals ever. We absolutely loved being on the intercoastal side with a very short 5 minute walk to the beach. The views are amazing and pool access was great. The property is very well equipped. They have all of the beach gear you would need from very nice chairs to umbrellas, toys, and a cart to haul it all back and forth. There was also a small cooler. The kitchen had everything we could have expected and cookware was in very good shape. The only slight negative thing was the lack of a grill. We grill a lot so we came prepared with a tailgate grill. But if that's not feasible for someone it's just something to think about. We would love to return again with no hesitation.

We watched the dolphins while enjoying morning coffee on the balcony — and then loaded the super lightweight beach buggy to take the provided chairs, umbrella and cooler to the sand, just a few minutes’ walk. Restaurants and quick shops are walkable too. Property management was very responsive! Highly recommend!

The only negatives are the stairs up and down all day and the pool heater was not working again, that’s 2 yrs in a row. The temperature was 70, a little chilly. Overall we really like this condo.

Breathtaking!

The condo itself was amazing. Very well maintained. Decorated perfect enough to feel more like at home! Rooms were so nice and clean. Everything you think you could possibly need and didn't know you needed was at your fingertips. The pool was so relaxing. You can watch the boats, birds, and dolphins in the mornings/evening while in the pool. Everything was perfect. Would love to come back here to relax!

The corner townehouse was a fantastic location with exceptional intercoastal views from both the second and third floor balconies. The walk to the beach was just three minutes from door to sitting in our beach chairs. The townehome had all of the ameneties - from dish and cookware to beach equipment. The home was super clean. We will be back in the future for sure.

Awesome place

Very pleased. Pics were accurate!All essentials provided and beyond such as toys for beach , floats ,umbrellas and beach chairs ! More than enough space for our family. Perfect location-distance to beach! We enjoyed watching dolphins from balcony!

It is definitely the best unit of this complex because it’s on the very end with lots of windows and right next to the pool. Each bedroom has its own bath plus an extra half bath on the middle floor furniture it was nice and well kept. We rented in January the pool was a little chilly but a nice place to hang out. Only downside was cool pool and a lot of stairs to go up and down. I highly recommend this property and we will rent it again next year.

Christmas in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled down on Christmas Day and stayed until New Years Day in Bayview Villas 101. It was our first time visiting Indian Rocks/Shores as well as our first time staying somewhere that wasn’t ocean front. When we arrived our check in was effortless thanks to The Seaside Property Shoppe contacting us earlier in the week with easy to understand checkin instructions. Once we arrived on Christmas we found our beautifully decorated and very clean condo even had a decorated Christmas tree. The view from the multi-window living room provided direct views of the intercostal waterway quickly made us forget about not being ocean front as we watched dozens of boats go in and out each day. The condo was quiet with what seemed to be a number of permanent residents who were all very friendly. The walk to the beach took about as long as it would take to wait for an elevator if staying in a high rise condo. And the owners had chairs and a beach cart ready in their first level garage for us to use. The price for the condo was very reasonable and we will definitely be back. The only drawbacks to the condo, is if you have trouble climbing steps (because there is 3 levels) and being next to the pool (may be a little noisy during the summer).
