Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM
• Absolutely no glitter. A $500 fee will apply.
• Door automatically locks when closed
• No motorcycle parking allowed

Parking
• Parking passes are located in the welcome basket
• Please display a parking pass on your rear-view mirror at all times, including visitor parking
• Plenty of parking available near the building

Community Amenities
• Community pool and hot tub access
• Picnic areas throughout the community
• Shared amenities are available for all guests and residents
** Please return pool key card to avoid fees

Family-Friendly Extras
• Cribs, highchairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats may be available upon request
• Please request at booking or at least 3 days before arrival
• Subject to availability

Safety
• Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
• First aid kit, flashlight, and scissors provided

Laundry
• Please make sure there is no sand on clothes or towels before washing
• Please remove lint from the lint trap before every dryer use

Extra Bed
• The blue couch in the living room pulls out into a Queen bed
• Sheets, blankets, and pillows are located in the master bedroom closet

Checkout
• All dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before departure.
• Put all used towels in a pile. No need to wash.
• Remove all food from the refrigerator.
• Unopened food may be left for future guests if desired.
• Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out towels before returning them.
• Remove all garbage from the condo.
• Double-check that the door is closed and locked before departing.
• Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
