Swim, fish, crab, Kayak and Paddle board right from your back yard or just sit and watch the boats go by as you enjoy the summer bay breezes and spectacular sunsets! Close to bars, restaurants and The World Famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

Property was great, his dock was rented and people kept coming and goin threw the back yard, they used my trash cans in which I had to place for the garbage truck. the privacy was not great, we had to cover windows while people kept coming threw to their boats.The air conditioner was either extremely cold or wasn't blowing cold air at all. most of all we had a great vacation with some small distractions.

First, I’m going to say we had an amazing stay and would 100% stay again and again! We do vacation rentals multiple times a year and we have certain things we look for so it was a bit of a gamble renting here since there were basically no reviews and not a ton of information but we are glad we did! We were traveling with 2 adults, 2 kids and a small dog. The house definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the furniture was nicer in the pictures. Beds were comfy and plenty of extra blankets. We weren’t expecting there to be much storage but all the closets were wide open for guest use, and tons of storage for our stuff and the kitchen had great storage for food supplies. I was concerned about the cooling of the house as we had excessive heat days the week before we came, but the split, along with the AC unit in one room kept it nice and cold. The location can’t be beat. Beautiful bay views and a dock that we utilized for fishing/swimming. We brought our paddle boards and floating mat and enjoyed it every day along with amazing sunsets. . The kitchen is small but sufficient, plenty of dishes and pots/pans but I'd recommend brining your favorite kitchen tools from home. I never travel without my chef knives and a few favorite things to use, and I recommend doing the same. Washer and dryer worked great. It's a perfect little house by the bay!

The location is excellent with beautiful sunsets however the owner rents the 2 boats slips and they access the slips by walking through the backyard unannounced so there is no privacy. People are free to come and go through the property at all hours. We had to keep drapes closed for some privacy. Air conditioning doesn't keep whole house cool one bedroom stays very warm.
