Welcome to our 1500 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath home in a private, peaceful community of just 4 houses. With new furniture, A/C, and High-speed internet, this home is perfect for up to 6-8 guests. Enjoy the expansive 1.35-acre patio, perfect for outdoor BBQs, with parking for horse trailers.

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with an alarm system, outdoor security cameras, and a Ring doorbell. The home is horse-friendly, but no pets or smoking allowed indoors. We provide all the basic essentials for a relaxing getaway. Only 8 minutes to the largest local casino and close to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and more (5-12 minutes).

• Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00a.m . Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, depending on availability.

• House Rules: No Eating in rooms.
• No pets are allowed inside the home.
• No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking outdoors is permitted in designated areas. (20 ft away from home)
• BBQs are allowed outside, Away from windows and door entrance but please make sure to clean up after use.

• The maximum occupancy is 6-8 guests.
• Security Features: For your safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with an alarm system, outdoor security cameras, and a Ring doorbell. The cameras are only located outside to ensure your privacy during your stay.
• Horse-Friendly Property: If you’re traveling with horses, we have parking space for horse trailers and a horse-friendly environment. Please inquire about bringing your horses when booking. (Additional fee applies)
• Parking: Ample parking space is available for cars and trailers on the 1.35-acre property.
• Quiet Hours: To respect the peaceful community, quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 6:00am.
• Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is moderate, so please review the terms before booking.
• Guest Responsibility for Damages:

We kindly ask all guests to treat our home with care and respect. Please note that guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, or theft of our belongings during their stay and as well deep cleaning services if needed.

• If any items are damaged, broken, lost, or stolen, guests will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.
• Please report any accidents or issues as soon as they occur, so we can address them promptly.
