Welcome to our charming 6-bedroom home, perfect for your family getaway! Centrally located, you’ll find yourself just minutes away from local attractions, parks, Roaring Springs Water Park and delicious dining options.

Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

The whole home (minus one closet) is all yours!

Main Level: Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, barstools and two kitchen tables.

Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the couches, or enjoy a cozy fire using the gas fire place.

There are five bedrooms on the main level. One is the LARGE master bedroom that includes a king sized bed, walk-in closet, two sinks, tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom also includes a door that leads to the back patio. Three of the four additional bedrooms on the main level have plush queen beds and clothing storage options and the fourth has a king bed.

The main floor also includes a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, laundry room with a washer and dryer, a built in desk, half bath, and three car garage.

Upstairs: There is a loft that includes two queen beds, half bathroom, a minifridge and extra sink.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, and much much more!

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door, back porch and side of the home. These devices do record.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
