You’ll be within a short distance to the area’s best attractions such as the picturesque Comal River, the adrenaline-pumping Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and the downtown area with its rich German heritage and charming Bavarian-style architecture. Of course, no visit to Texas would be complete without indulging in some authentic barbeque, of which the city boasts an array of joints serving up the finest smoked meats and traditional southern sides.

The home’s fresh and modern interior features brightly lit spaces adorned with contemporary furnishings and minimalist-chic décor. Relax in plush living room sofa seating while you stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. Steps away, the efficient kitchen contains everything you need to whip up meals large and light in the convenience of home, with full-sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Dine together at the stylish high-top table with seating for 4, afterward breaking out the cards for an evening of games and cocktails.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed, smart TV, and dedicated work desk. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on community surface lots as needed.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted on the doorbell and actively monitoring the home’s front entrance.

Located just outside of New Braunfels, the Natural Bridge Caverns are a fascinating geological wonder where visitors can take a guided tour of the underground caves and learn about their formation and history. The pool closes at 10pm, and the complex observes quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Glass is strictly prohibited in all outdoor common areas, including the outdoor kitchen/grill area, pool, dog run, and ping pong area. Violations may incur a fine.
The Guest Parking Pass will be located inside the unit. Guests must park in the designated spaces and display the parking pass in their vehicle's windshield at all times within the complex.
Vehicles parked incorrectly or without a displayed pass risk being towed.
The parking pass must be left inside the unit upon departure. Not returning the parking pass may lead to a replacement charge.
