Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish villa. This villa is ideally situated in a dedicated wetland where sand hill cranes roam the streets. Look out over the pond, swim, grill out on your complimentary grill. You are in a very quiet neighborhood but just around the corner from hustle and bustle of everything you need. Grocery shopping and restaurants are less than a mile. A few miles down the road is restaurant row in Championsgate. Golf courses are all around for the golfer. Relax or parks!
The space
This beautiful villa is located in a scenic area with a walking trail around the pond. Both ponds are catch and release. As you enter the villa through the spacious foyer, there is a stylish living room and dining room on the left. To the right is the staircase which leads upstairs. Through the foyer into the open concept lounge/dining/kitchen area, you have a perfect view of the back yard and the enclosed pool & spa area. The kitchen is stocked with small appliances as well as major appliances, dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans, and utensils. The kitchen area has a breakfast nook. The lounge area has a TV and comfy couches. There is lots of windows and light to let in the Florida sunshine. The pool area has dining plus a covered area for those times you would like to be in the shade. Pool towels are provided and stacked by the patio door for your convenience. Just off the living lounge area is one of the very spacious double masters. It features a desk for working (if you must :)) & tv, plus a great view of the pool area. There is a large bathroom with a garden tub and enclosed shower, private toilet area, double vanities, and walk in closet. When you exit the downstairs master to your left is the 1/2 bath and laundry area.
Up the stairs you will find two stylish queen rooms decorated in appealing Florida colors and very relaxing. Both have a TV. They share a full size hall bath with tub w/shower. There is also a theme room for the Nemo and Frozen fans in your group. This bedroom has 4 twin beds, two murals, and leds lights plus a tv and walk in closet. Directly across the hall is a full bath with tub/shower/private toilet area.
Located at the end of the upstairs hall is the 2nd double master. It is extremely spacious with a TV, a large bathroom with double vanities, garden tub, enclosed shower, private toilet area, and walk in closet.
All bedrooms and the TV sitting room have ceiling fans and TV's.

You will love this villa and neighborhood. There is easy access to roads leading to the theme parks if you want to go. You can choose to stay in and grill out by the pool and enjoy one of our incredible Florida sunsets. If you prefer to go out for dinner the choices are plenty. You will not want to leave!
