Welcome to Plumeria Tree Hale!! Part of the Kuilima Estates East community, this tastefully designed unit comes with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and offers 785 interior square feet of space for your enjoyment. The property was named Plumeria Tree Hale (house) for the beautiful Plumeria Tree that sits directly in front of the unit. The spacious interior sleeps four (4) guests with one (1) king bed and one (1) sleeper sofa. You are provided one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking should you have visitors. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare on-site meals, washer/dryer for laundry, ceiling fans in all living spaces and air conditioning should you need to cool down after a long day at the beach.

Guests have the option to stay within the gated Kuilima Estates East complex and enjoy the community pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. Or located just a short stroll away, The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay a selection of dining options, day spa services, helicopter tours, horseback riding, surfing lessons and world-class golf with two (2) exceptional 18-hole courses: Arnold Palmer and George Fazio.

Deciding to stay with us will ABSOLUTELY give you that unique Hawaii vacation that you will not find staying in Waikiki. Book today to experience living what we locals call "Hawaii Life"!

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. A perfect spot

My friends and I have been pleasantly surprised with this stay. So close to the ocean, a beautiful walking path on the golf course, a kitchen where we were able to make our meals, easy check in. We would love to stay here again, it fit our needs perfectly.

Good Stay in condo near Turtle Bay

Check in was smooth and easy. Some instructions seemed outdated. The paperwork mentioned a white key fob, but the FOB was small and black. Pool was great. Kitchen had all of the tools needed. Large refrigerator. Has designated parking. Would book again if staying on north shore.

Relaxing comfortable condo on the North Shore

We stayed on this property for a quick getaway. We like the North Shore better because it’s a slower atmosphere with a country feel. On this particular stay, the beaches weren’t terribly crowded. It was easy to find parking wherever we went. The condo was close to the attractions we were interested in. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Did not receive any information about how to get into the property prior to arrival. Had to call them to get codes and it caused some stress, but they were responsive. Condo was nice and the pool was amazing. Dryer in the unit was not working well when we were there.

Great base to explore the North Shore

Turtle Bay and the Kulima Bay condos are a lovely property. Being able to spend all day exploring the North Shore, then come home to clean up and make dinner in the condo, then visit the hotel in the evenings is really nice. The condo is really well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and at the beach and pool. My only note for potential renters is that the doors on the bathroom and bedroom are louvered, meaning sound and light travel throughout the unit. We found that a bit annoying.Mahalo!

The host was quite bluntly negative when we asked about the possibility of early check in, even though the app said it was a possibility. No offer was made to even store belongings.The suite was pleasant and comfortable, although a bit dated, and there was no place to hang wet beach towels or swim suits. The notable problem was that the bed is very worn out, and has no support, and no stability with a partner’s movement. This made for bad sleeps.We enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen was adequate for preparing meals, but there is no gym, and the grill, a a communal one over at the pool.
