This tastefully decorated unit boasts a charming beachy aesthetic and features a queen-sized bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa (comfortable for one adult or two children), accommodating up to four guests. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen, flat-screen TVs in all rooms, air conditioning in the bedroom, and cable/WIFI for your entertainment after exploring the island. Start your mornings on the covered lanai, sipping coffee while taking in the stunning Waikiki city views and planning your next adventure.

Kaiolu Sunrise is a secure building with convenient amenities, including coin-operated washer/dryer units on each floor, an on-site swimming pool, and a BBQ area. Please note the unit does not include parking, but a budget-friendly car-share program (Drive Hui) is available with 13 locations in Waikiki. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
