Very Clean and Good Location

This property was very clean and well maintained, it placed us in the perfect location to visit Dollywood and Pigeon Forge/Sevierville with little traffic. The host communicated very well and left plenty of information about the Check in and out process as well as cabin appliances and surrounding area information.

This was our second time this stay here.we came last year for the jeep invasion and again this year. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was great also. Was close to everything and was quiet. Definitely recommend it.

Great Cabin!

The cabin was just what we were expecting. Clean and comfy, while being just minutes away from all of the attractions. (right next to Parrot Mountain, a hidden gem) Will definitely stay here again. Not too steep in the mountains either!

Two feathers cabin

Our stay was absolutely awesome. About 30 minutes after arriving we seen a mama bear and 3 babies. The cabin was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. My only regret is we were so busy we didn't get to enjoy the cabin as much as I would have liked. The location is perfect. Close to pigeon forge and sevierville and still quietly tucked in the mountain side. The owner sent us a text before we arrived which was very welcoming. I will definitely book two feathers next time I'm in sevierville if it’s available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The cabin was located in a peaceful beautiful setting and still close to all the attractions.

The cabin was clean and included all the amenities that were listed. The only complaint we have is the pull out bed in couch was horribly uncomfortable with a POOR mattress that when you lay in it all you feel is the metal frame. Had to readjust sleeping arrangements. Cabin NOT SET UP to sleep 6.

Great stay with awesome communication!

Loved the fact the owner stayed in contact with us after being notified the WiFi and electricity were out due to a down power line. The chest with “extras” with things like detergent, extra paper towels, trash bags ect was definitely appreciated! If you could add a grill lighter to the chest, it would definitely be helpful. I think more towels/wash cloths would be great to keep from having to pretty much wash and dry them almost daily. Our only complaint were the beds in both bedrooms. I think the master had a topper to try and make it more comfortable but you could definitely see the bow in the bed and the other bed you could feel the springs. Neither made for a good night sleep. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

Cabin was great, but could use a good deep cleaning

The layout of the cabin and location was perfect for our family of four with young children. Everything was as advertised. The location is great, and our family enjoyed the indoor pool, as well as the hot tub on the back deck. We did feel the cabin was not as clean as it could be. There was build up of dust on the doors and cabinet doors. When we went to give our children a bath, the tub had a layer of dust as well. We felt it was important to mention because if I was the owner, and was utilizing a cleaning service, I would want to know. If the cleanliness was addressed, I would stay here again.

The cabin was cozy but definitely needs some updates. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, the carpeting in the master bedroom was filthy and needs to be replaced or cleaned, rugs on bathroom floor in master bath were dirty. The hot tub did not work, got to 78 degrees and the jets didn't work. The timer on the fireplace did not move set it for 30 minutes and it never shut off. Windows need cleaning, the overall cabin needs a very deep clean and sanitize.

Wonderful little cabin. We received all check-in information prior to arrival and had no issues. The cabin was clean and quaint. Well basic necessities are provided, travelers should know: there are no things such as salt and pepper, Kleenex, etc provided. There are only two rules of toilet paper and towels for each bathroom and no housekeeping. While all of this is reasonable, having flown to Tennessee we were not prepared and had limited options. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and often they have basic condiments, lots of towels etc We purchased all we needed, including more towels, but ended up having to leave so much behind as we were flying. There were no lawn chairs or outside tables that allowed you to enjoy the outdoors, just the porch swing on the back deck. We also had to purchase charcoal etc in order to use the supplied barbecue. The pool was great, clean and always open, everyone seemed to respect the rules and times. Dollywood is literally just down the road and get to here and see the fireworks every night. We did have neighbors leave and there are trash was not emptied from the bins so there were bears in it the next morning. I do suggest minding the rules with food, trash etc because the bears are everywhere. 😁

Needs TLC

We travel to Pigeon Forge frequently and have stayed in many different cabins. This one was by far the worst! No light was left on for our PM arrival. The cabin had an old stale odor every time you entered. The curtains were literally coated with dust!!! Ceiling fans were also coated with dust. Windows that should have provided a view were dirty. Hot tub was not the one shown in pictures and was VERY SMALL! 2 people max and that was pushing it!! Stove is very basic and does not work well. Electricity seems to have issues. Plugs wouldn't stay in sockets and hair dryer became dangerously hot within a few minutes. If you want to relax by the fire, good luck! There is not a single comfortable seat in the place! One couch and by far the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Bulky table at couch made walking through the room nearly impossible. Fire place glass was not clean and timer worked spuraticly. Jacuzzi Tub was a nightmare. The push button fell off the first time we tried to use it! Be careful! No slip guards in tub or showers and no handles! The carpet in the master bedroom was nasty. Air hockey table was not the same as pictured. The whole table and accessories were in very bad shape. We were only provided with two trash bags. The bars of soap were smaller and thinner than a domino!! Towes....let's just say if you dare to stay here....bring your own! Some of ours had holes in them and they were all very thin and abrasive. Hand me downs from a cheap hotel would be my guess! Poor lighting made it difficult to see after sundown. We will not return to this cabin nor will we recommend it to anyone. We have stayed at others in Hidden Springs Resort and have never had a problem until our nightmare at Two Feathers! Save yourselves from this train wreck and choose another place to spend your money and your time!

Lovely Cabin in the Woods

We just returned from an awesome stay in this cabin in the woods. It is in the perfect setting, easy access to Dollywood as well as all the amenities that the area has to offer. It was ideal for two couples traveling together. All on a single floor and the bedrooms are divided to each end of the cabin for privacy. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculately clean. There were lots of personal touches that made you feel right at home. The back deck was awesome with a porch swing, table and chairs for a meal in the outdoors and the Hot Tub was heavenly. We are already planning our next trip.

Great location

This was a nice little cabin. My only complaint would be the floor they really need a good mopping our feet was black a little while after walking around in there but other than that we enjoyed our stay and we loved being close to dollywood.

Nice for 2 couples

The cabin is setup perfectly for two couples. There are two bedrooms, each with it's own bath. A couple of things I would suggest. #1. Bigger hot tub. I know it is new, but it was a tight squeeze for 4 adults. You better be good friends with whoever is in the hot tub, haha. #2. Bigger TV in Living Room. The TV in the living room is pretty small (27"?). A cheap 50"+ TV would be great when winding down for the night. Other than that, it was a great trip and a great cabin.

Nice and Comfortable

The cabin is a nice quiet place perfect for relaxing! It was clean. I only gave 3 stars because the tv remote did not work for the tv, the sleeper couch is on its last leg meaning you can feel every bar in it when you sit or lay on it, and it the mattress in the master bedroom is way over due to be replaced as it was like sleeping in a canoe! I am writing this not to bash the cabin or owner but just to help identify areas that need addressed, it was still a great place to stay and I would stay again.

Not again

The cabin wasn’t all that bad but it could have used more cleaning. There was a lot of dust and debris on the floors. The inside windows at the deck were nasty. I contacted the number given for any concerns and was informed the windows are only cleaned twice a year. I can understand that for the outside windows but this was on the inside. With Covid going on the inside lower windows should definitely have been cleaned. The master bedroom had no remote to the tv. I was told by the cleaners it hadn’t been ordered then the owner told vurbo it had been ordered I have emails to verify this. I would not rent this cabin again because of the lack of cleanliness on the windows and some of the floors but mostly because of the attitude of Joe who was supposed to be helpful.
