From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by light-filled rooms that radiate a welcoming glow with timeless elegance. Brick accents throughout the space provide an authentic touch, adding a unique blend of rustic and old-world lure. The prime location is the dynamite appeal just steps to downtown and close to hiking/biking trails.
This cozy cottage home embraces the timeless appeal of a historic design. Its intimate quarters offer the perfect experience for a close-knit group.
The main level is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfy living room that leads to the chef’s kitchen with island seating alongside a dining area complete with a cute bay window. A spacious primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom for ultimate convenience is also on this level.
Two additional quaint rooms each with queen beds and a second bath are on the upper level. One of the two upstairs bedrooms features a wall with indoor shutters, providing excellent airflow while contributing to the home’s open and cozy design. However, this feature does offer less privacy compared to a fully enclosed wall, aligning with the home’s charming cottage style.
