The house was very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood with easy access to Highway 1, the airport and groceries. It was quiet, with less traffic than in Monteray or Pacific Grove.

Seaside California Family Reunion

We had a group of 5 adults, all over 50, and loved the property. Clean, quiet and a wonderful neighborhood. Would stay there again.

What a wonderful experience in a beautiful home near Monterey! The only thing i would ask is to have a functioning BBQ, one with propane, to help with grilling.

Six females in their sixties had a great stay. House had tons of room and most every amenity one could want. Neighbors really friendly and welcoming although we had trouble with the large rental Suburban fitting between the cars parked on either side of the street (we’re non city dwellers) to get to the driveway. Loved it.

Fun in Seaside

We had a great time. It was a lovely house, nicely decorated. Just the right size for five adults. We enjoyed the larger kitchen, the game room, and the fire pit. Wish we could have stayed longer.

All in all fantastic location to the race track

The view isn't necessarily a direct view of the bay, but it's pretty dang close. Quick drive to Costco and other stores. Definitely looking at this place when we go back to the track next year

House was very nicely decorated and clean. Had an issue with the front door lock. Ended up the batteries were dead. Thankfully they had some extra in the desk. Once replaced we were able to lock up the house.

Lovely stay in Seaside

This was a great location to stay with my family for the Big Sur Marathon. We appreciated the spacious common areas and 3 bedrooms. Nice views of the bay from the deck. :)

Pristine home away from home

This spotlessly clean home made our trip to Monterey. Every thoughtful detail made it such an easy place to live and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Fully appointed kitchen, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy off street parking.

Clean and roomy

We stayed at the location with our adult children. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. We hosted our SIL's parents for dinner one night and the kitchen was fully equipped. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood because the streets are narrow and there were a lot of cars parked on the street but it was fine, very quiet actually. It was also convenient to everything.

Wonderful stay

The property was just as described. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The keyless entry worked perfectly, which was nice as we've had trouble with some of these in the past. The house was well-stocked with nice details. Overall, a wonderful property and we would stay here again.

Perfect house for group trips

Great home in a great location. The house is very well stocked and was easy to call home for a week. The house does carry sound pretty heavily, so if you have small children or groups of people, it’s just something to be aware of. Great stay though and we’d easily come back!

Fantastic house with a surprise view from the backyard.

My friends, partner, and I stayed here for the long Memorial Day weekend. What a fantastic house. It is clean, updated, great outdoor space, and fun garage space. It is the nicest property I have rented in Seaside in the last few years. Quiet neighborhood with many parks and great views from the backyard. Thank you for a lovely home away from home.

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean house and beautifully decorated. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. It was such a treat for our kids to be able to pick a snack from the snack drawer each morning. We also really appreciated the breakfast basics. Always nice to not have to go to the store on arrival. Appreciated the beer, wine and beverages as well. We would stay here again!
