Very nice house, good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself is lovely and good condition, WiFi strong, electronics we tried were all in service, good water pressure. We took a star off because the second downstairs suite has an issue with the toilet plumbing where when you flush it makes a horrendous sound you can hear pretty much throughout the nearby rooms. Note also that there is now a street behind the house instead of dunes and a view toward the bay. One night there was a major traffic stop (2-3 trucks) and a police vehicle in the middle of the night, lights flashing into our bedroom and the kids’ for almost an hour. Also, nothing to do with this property itself, but Cinnamon Shore has started to look rundown with missing paint, a broken shower at one of the pools that was never fixed the week we were there, a store closed with no sign or explanation. The rental prices have only gone up, so seems like they could use some of that to buy a can of paint and keep the property looking fresh and like the luxury spot it claims to be.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review! We're glad the home itself delivered on so many fronts strong WiFi, great water pressure, and everything in working order. We'll get the toilet plumbing addressed right away as that kind of noise disrupting nearby rooms is not acceptable. We also appreciate the heads up about the street view change and will ensure the listing accurately reflects that for future guests. Your broader feedback about the community's upkeep is something we take very seriously. Missing paint, an unrepaired pool shower, and a closed store with no explanation are details that chip away at the premium experience we promise, and you are right that they should be addressed with the same care we put into everything else. We are sharing this directly with our facilities team and appreciate you holding us to the standard Cinnamon Shore is known for. We hope to welcome you back and show you the improvements your feedback helped inspire.

Post-Covid Vacay at last!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had made a rental reservation at Cinnamon Shore twice before but had to cancel due to Covid-19. We were glad to finally be here to spend Thanksgiving with family. We enjoyed daily walks and time at the beach. The ocean was so beautiful and relaxing, and the fall season with temperatures in the 70s was perfect.

Well configured and maintained, quiet spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in Sea Señorita, and we enjoyed it even more with the addition of a new king-sized room with en suite bathroom. We had some challenges with the electronics but easy fixes. CS maintenance helped out with some heavy rain overflow and supplying a new propane tank so we could use the gas grill. The kids love the two sets of double bunks in the kids’ room.

Mosquito nightmare

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When needed assistance from office it took a full 24 hours to get help. The cart we had also had problems and Sage was slow to help. Mosquitos were a huge problem during the whole trip. Wish resort would have fogged the area.Home was beautiful but they never were able to get ceiling fan working properly in the master bedroom.

Great family house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay at this house and we really love it. It works for our two families. Has a few issues this time - was not as clean and lots of gnats and there was a terrible smell in dishwasher from the filter being very dirty. We then realized the dishwasher didn’t work and no one came to fix it. Unable to open the garage as half is blocked off and that’s where the opener is. So we had to bring items through the house which is less than ideal. We would come back but really hope the attention to maintenance improves.

Classic Cinnamon Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was excellent and very typical for Cinnamon Shores. We stayed at this exact property 4 years ago and have been coming to Cinnamon Shores for many years. The only thing I would note is the ice maker in the freezer was not functioning and the water pressure in the master shower is very low. This is a beautiful property with a fantastic living area and bedrooms.

See ya at the Sea!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time at the Sea Senorita! The house was cozy and cutely decorated. Kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds and spending time on the third floor lookout enjoying the views of the ocean and Cinnamon Shores. We created some great memories. Only ( slight) complaint was a lot of the kids games provided by the house were missing pieces, but we spent most of the time playing yard games in the town, at the pools, or at the beach so it wasn’t a huge deal. You can never be bored at Cinnamon Shores!

Nice rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely except that it is not 3 bathrooms like described. It is 2 baths and 2 half baths. The only bath room downstairs (it sleeps 7 people downstairs) is a jack and jill with one shower-not nearly enough bathrooms for the amount of people it sleeps and it was not described correctly-it was VERY misleading! The AC works great! There is not enough seating for 10 people in the living room and the view is not great. It is of the highway. The dishwasher is terrible and the oven takes hours to heat up. The only reason the kitchen matters in this house is because there is such limited dining options in Port A. It was clean and well equipped, but just does not hold as many people as it advertised. I would take a family of 4-6.

Beautiful House In Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and located close to the town center. Came equipped with all the kitchen gadgets needed. Also doesn’t have any homes behind it so the back porches are more private. Couple of downsides: all the living space including primary bedroom is upstairs, so if anyone has difficulty with stairs, this is something to consider. Also, it is very close to the entrance on the main road, so instead of hearing waves, you hear road traffic.
