Great Weekend Getsway

Nice place to stay for a weekend on the RTJ golf trail. There are a lot of good restaurants around.

I guess the biggest down side was having 7 people and really only sleeps 6 Needed more silverware The kids liked the space but couldnt play in the backyard because of pets allowed to use as bathroom We would stay here again

Solid option in Huntsville

Good place but no luxuries. Pros: Quiet and convenient location, use of garage, plenty of space over 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Cons: Poorly stocked kitchen (we had to buy plates and forks and made do with one pan), and two of the bedrooms are East-facing and the sun comes blazing in very early.

Overall, the property was okay. The furniture and beds were comfortable, but the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were small. The bathroom in the primary had a very high step over the bathtub and is not suitable for elderly people. It was overall clean but could use a little more extra cleaning and the house needed some work. The backyard was spacious but needed new furniture and some yard work. No working internet.

The kitchen was updated and nice; however, the pots and pans were terrible-completely scratched up and not useable. We had to purchase a pan to cook. The patio area had not been cleaned or swept and was not useable. There were no complimentary soap bars or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. We ended up purchasing a dustpan and mop and cleaned the floors ourselves. The bath mat in the downstairs bathroom was gross-filthy. It was a cheap door mat. We never found the remote control for the tv in the lounge and the tv in one upstairs bedroom did not work. I don’t know if the property manager is aware of the state of the property.

Beautiful property being treated like a money grab!! Towel bars coming out of the walls, filthy a/c returns, dead roaches, dishwasher doesn't work, patio can't be used due to mold and mildew on the artificial turf, remotes missing or not working. Owner or manager should do a surprise spot check on your cleaning crew to determine what they are doing for their pay! Also no response to questions (about remotes) Could be so nice but isn't!
