A perfect place to stay for a beach trip. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and the owners thought of all the details (or stuff for s'mores). Truly great place to stay, we'll definitely come again.

What a charming, cozy, clean place! We had a great stay and it was so close to everything downtown! So many recommendations for restaurants etc and we really appreciated all of the beach items. Thanks and we’ll see you again in the future!

Great, convenient place

The location was superb, with easy access to the boardwalk, wharf, beaches and coffee shops. Exploring the area was incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.

Great host, check in and checkout was very smooth and instructions clearly communicated. The host has a a lot of extras available, there wasn’t anything we didn’t have that we wanted. Entire stay and experience was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental - great amenities (beach accessories, treats/smore's making kit, outdoor fire pit), ideal location (5-10 min walk to beach/boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz in safe neighborhood), great hosts (friendly and responsive, provided excellent recommendations on restaurants/things to do). Hands down one of the best stays we've had! Highly recommend!

A beautiful home and location. The accomodations suited all our needs. The only negative was the shower pressure but honestly wasn't that big of a deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a family to enjoy Santa Cruz!

The property was well kept, stocked with everything we needed (and more), and was quiet, safe and secure. The owners were friendly and helpful. Only a short walk into downtown and to the boardwalk. We all had a great time!

Great Location with lots of fun extras

This quaint little carriage house was the perfect set up for 2 adults and 2 teen boys. The location was excellent being walking distance to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the beach and the river trail. The house is comfortable and fully stocked with everything that we needed and more. The garage is loaded with everything needed for a beach day and the thoughtful basket of smores ingredients created a fun night by the firepit. A definite recommendation!

Perfect location, wonderful host!

We absolutely loved staying at this adorable apartment located near so many experiences in Santa Cruz. Sarah did a lovely job in making us feeling welcome—great coffee, snacks, and even can of local beer! We would definitely stay there again!

Clean, comfy, conveniently located

We added this to the end of our Yosemite adventure as a little R&R before heading home, and thought the kids would love some beach time. This place exceeded expectations! The carriage house is very clean and has so many nice little touches. This place is perfect for kids- ours really loved the boogie boards at the beach and the games when we were relaxing. It’s a nice, short walk to the beach and boardwalk area. The beds are very comfortable, and the temperature was perfect for opening a window at night. The owner is very kind and accommodating. This is definitely a place I would return, but spend a whole week next time.

Great for a family

We had a quick--but great--stay. Communication was excellent, check-in was easy, walking to the boardwalk was easy (even in the not-so-great weather), and the space was perfect four our family of four. The toys/games were an added bonus!

Fantastic location/apartment, fantastic host

My family and I traveled to Santa Cruz for the Ironman event and stayed two nights. The apartment is clean, bright, and in a perfect location, close to the boardwalk, beach, and Depot Park. Our hosts were incredibly gracious. I would absolutely stay again!

Santa Cruz Getaway

This was the perfect place to bring our 16 year old granddaughter for a few days. The location was perfect. The apartment was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything one may need. The host, Sarah, had loads of information on local restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. Highly recommend as a home away from home.

Our house is located in historic Beach Hill. It is between downtown and the beach and boardwalk. While you are here you can walk or bike to just about anything in town. We are close to museums, parks, movie theaters, live theater, sporting events, and shops, as well as the ocean, wharf, and boardwalk.
