Great proximity to campus - it feels like an authentic home not the more sterile VRBO standard bland decor. Beth has her family and their connection to A&M and College Station proudly displayed. The kitchen is very well stocked so really all that needs to be acquired is food. 2nd year in a row staying here, 2 big Aggie wins!!

Wonderful stay!

We had extended family coming in to College Station for my daughter’s wedding. This house was a perfect home base for all our activities! Everything was wonderful!

One of the best stays

We have a great experience with Beth’s house. We are two families: 3 adults and 3 boys, and have a basketball tournament in college station. The house is perfectly located and the kitchen/pantry is fully loaded. Will come back again. Also thank you Beth for being flexible with our check out time.

Perfect location to campus

We attended an A&M football game, and the location of the house was perfect. We felt right at home, the description and amenities are exactly as described in the listing.

Excellent game day stay!

Very homey and comfortable house with plenty of room, including a nice backyard. Our 3 year old had a great time. Perfect location near the bus stop to get on campus for a football game. The hosts are very kind and so accommodating. Would definitely stay again next time we are in college station!

Victorious Aggie Weekend

Our family from as far away as Norway joined up on Charles Ct for a memorable and comfortable stay! The pantry and kitchen are amply stocked for foodies. The beds are most welcoming, and the bathrooms have ample toiletries! This is a definite repeat!

Home. Everything truly felt like home.We had everything we needed to make our son’s transition to TAMU smooth and beautiful. The home gave us a wonderful space to gather for family time in the evenings—just like we would back home.As newcomers to College Station, this place was truly a hub in Aggieland. The location was perfect- close to great local eateries, coffee shops, shopping, and even the Aggie bus stop. Having the bus nearby allowed our son to get comfortable with the system before starting his first semester, which was such a gift.This home, and the hosts, are true gems. Aggie football weekend

Our family enjoyed the comforts and cleanliness of Beth’s home. The space was perfect for 3 couples getting ready for the football game and then for resting after the Aggie win and watching college baseball in the living room afterwards. We would book here again!

Family visit for Aggie ring day

This home was exactly what we needed for our family visit to CS. We had plenty of space, beds and room to relax between activities. Everything was exactly as shown and owners were very accommodating and communicated well. We can’t wait to stay here again for future weekends in CS.

Great for a weekend with friends

Five friends had a great weekend at this home. It was perfect for our group. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the small personal touches - hello homemade cinnamon rolls! I would definitely recommend staying here for friends, couples, or families.

Comfortable, Quiet and Had all Amenities

Thank you for the use of your lovely home. The quiet, close to campus, immaculate condition of the home made it an enjoyable stay. We were able to make Thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the family room together. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. Parking in the driveway was easy and we couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was. Thank you for the home made cinnamon rolls, coffee and cream. What a treat our first morning! Would stay here again when we return to Aggieland!

The best VRBO I have every stayed in!

Perfect for what we needed. Our host was wonderful and provided many little extras to insure we had a successful trip. We were there for a game, but thanks to the location of this home and the information provided to us by the host, we were able to enjoy a bus ride to and from the game with no parking problems. The entire are is beautiful and the Aggies were so nice to visiting team fans. I would stay here again for certain. Thank you so very much for all you did to make our trip wonderful!

I graduated from A&M in '81, met my husband here and we haven't left!! Our three kids are all A&M graduates, now married with kids...hopefully future Aggies! We raised our kids in this home and we LOVE how close it is to the A&M campus!! My husband has worked the A&M football games for 30 years as radio engineer and retired recently from working the games. We shared our home on VRBO from 2013-2014 until we were called to take care of my mother in our home. She has since been promoted to her heavenly home, so now we're once again able and excited to travel more and share our home for others to get the chance to enjoy the spirit of Aggieland as we do.
We also rent out our “tiny house” inspired garage apartment. It’s also rented through VRBO, so check it out! VRBO # 1050050.

We are on A&M's shuttle bus route, just 1/2 block from our front door.
Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and campus.
Lemon Tree Park is just around the corner from our house. The nature trial leads all the way to our city pool.
A good place for morning walks/jogs.
We have experience hosting on VRBO, and enjoy sharing our home.
