This house was perfect for our girls trip! We had everything we needed and close to tennis courts for our tournament and close to beach and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

We LOVED our stay here!! The house is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the perfect week at the beach. Our group had 6 kids ages 0-6 and there was more than enough room for everyone. Close proximity to the beach and a short walk to the center of Rosemary. We will definitely be back!

Great location, good for large groups.

Loved the location of this house -- easy walk to the beach and restaurants (Donut Hole, Shades, etc). Beds and linens were very comfortable (so happy about that!) and there was plenty of space for us. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and the outside grill was nice, keep in mind you'll need to buy or bring all seasonings that you need if you plan on cooking like we did. We also couldn't get the dish washer to work but that could have been user error (didn't ask management, we hand washed everything). All in all very happy with our stay and we hope to use the property again next year!

Great Location Home in Rosemary Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very good only that when we arrived at the house it was not very clean and there was a lot of sand almost all over the house mainly on the first floor, the vacuum cleaner they have in the house for daily vacuuming does not suck well, there was no lemon squeezer, the door plate of the backyard was broken, and I think that the cleaning fee they charge us is too high for the house not to be completely clean when we arrived.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is perfect for large groups and extended families, with more than enough room to spread out. The pool and outdoor shower were put to good use and the walk to the beach was easy for all of our party. We did have issues with hot water, a chirping smoke detector and wasps, and all of these were handled quickly and efficiently. My only recommendation would be more seating in the living room so large groups can gather. Since this property sleeps so many, an appropriate seating arrangement would be nice.

The big house is awesome. The bed in the carriage house is horrible and felt like sleeping on cardboard but it was clean.
