We’re so glad you chose our home for your stay. This cozy, modern mountain retreat was thoughtfully designed with care, and we hope you love it as much as we do. To ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests—and to keep everything in excellent condition—we kindly ask that you review and follow our house rules:
General House Guidelines
Please lock all doors, windows, and the garage any time you leave the property. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No loud music or outdoor voices during this time. No parties or large gatherings. This home is intended for relaxing stays only. No smoking is allowed inside the home. You are welcome to smoke on the patio. A $500 fee will be charged for any indoor smoking.
Supplies, Trash, and Housekeeping
We provide a starter supply of coffee, teas, paper goods, and toiletries. Feel free to use what you need, but please leave behind any unused items for the next guests. Mid-stay cleaning is available for $450 upon request and required for stays over 4 weeks. Trash pick up is on Wednesday mornings.
Animals
We kindly ask that you do not bring animals of any kind. This is not just a preference—some household members are highly allergic, and there is carpet in several rooms. If any signs of pets are found, a cleaning fee of up to $500 may be applied to cover deep cleaning costs. Thank you for your understanding.
Cleanliness and Comfort
Please use placemats on the dining table, especially with hot/cold dishes, to prevent discoloration. Extra placemats are in the bottom drawer under the double overs. Avoid eating in the bedrooms to help keep them clean and fresh. Please keep the downstairs slider door closed and locked when not in use as critters are common in this area, and we want to keep them outside.
Hot Tub Use
The hot tub is available for your enjoyment, but please use it at your own risk. Follow safety instructions and always supervise children. Showering before use helps maintain clean water for you and your guests (Hot Tub is serviced weekly). Hang wet towels on the hooks in the downstairs hallway rather than over furniture.

Security and Liability
This property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front entry, front of the house and back patio. By booking this stay, you acknowledge that all guests accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. We do not provide personal insurance, so we recommend guests carry their own travel or rental insurance.
Rental Agreement & Security Hold
A signed rental agreement and a copy of your photo ID are required at the time of booking. A $2,000 security hold will be placed two days before check-in and released seven days after checkout, provided there is no damage. This hold is processed securely through our booking system (OwnerRez) and is not a charge.
