Welcome to this charming, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath surf inspired cottage in the heart of Park Circle, steps away from one of the largest inclusive playground! Enjoy a spacious, fenced backyard with fire pit, and a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and bar seating. A short walk to the Mixson and Firefly Distillery, E. Montague’s restaurants, and Holy City Brewing. Explore bike trails, beaches, Downtown Charleston & more. Discover this perfect getaway!

Welcome to Park Circle’s charming, beach-inspired cottage! Step through the ocean-blue front door into a bright and inviting living area, complete with a couch that folds down to a bed, TV, and cozy accent chair. The open-concept layout keeps you connected to the kitchen, which is perfect for easy meal prep and conversation. The kitchen features three stools at the counter, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient washer and dryer. Coffee fantastic? We have a coffee area with your favorite syrups and two coffee makers- the Ninja DualBrew and Keurig. From here, step out the back door to access a spacious backyard, complete with a fire pit and polywood-inspired Adirondack chairs for relaxing outdoors.

Back inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and closets stocked with a pack-and-play for added convenience. The primary bedroom also has a comfortable accent chair, perfect for reading or unwinding.

One of my favorite things about Park Circle is how walkable it is—you can easily stroll to restaurants, parks, and shops, soaking up the neighborhood’s relaxed feel. The parks and green spaces are perfect for picnics, and there’s always something going on, whether it's a farmers' market or live music. It’s a place where locals know each other, but it’s also welcoming to newcomers, which is why I love hosting guests here!

Plus, the property is located just a short walk from Park Circle’s dining and entertainment spots, so guests can enjoy the best of the neighborhood without going far.

I’ve also put a lot of care into small touches, like providing locally roasted coffee, fresh linens, and some Charleston-inspired decor that highlights the area’s charm. It's these little details that make my place feel like a true retreat, perfect for anyone wanting to experience Park Circle authentically and comfortably.
