The space
This three bedroom one bathroom basement apartment includes two off street parking spaces. The 65" Samsung OLED TV in the living room and 55" LG OLED the King bedroom will help keep the entire group entertained. Try not to fall asleep on any of the three separate super comfy leather recliners. The large kitchen has everything you need to keep from going hungry while on your trip.

Guest access
The separate entrance 11 steps from both of your parking spaces gives you access to the entire level.

Great location, comfortable lodgings

We were in town for a funeral. The property is really nice and clean. 3 good sized bedrooms with a large kitchen. Lots of towels, dishes and pretty much anything you would need for a stay! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Orem stay

This apartment was beautiful! Everything was nice and new and it was very roomy. The beds were really comfortable. The location is excellent. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s apartment. It was in pristine condition. Everything was sparkly clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Apartment convenient located in Orem. I would definitely stay again!
