Bright and tastefully decorated, this fantastic apartment is ideal for families exploring this beautiful city. It is designed with open living and dining areas. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep, plus multiple storage spaces.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that construction is ongoing in the surrounding area. Construction activity may be visible from the balcony and may take place throughout the day and night, which could result in noise disturbances. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
