Very nice

Everything was great! Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. 5 minute drive to everything that you would need. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely no electronics in the unit. Weitd. Doors are falling apart, random mirrors on the floor. Skeychy backyard. Lotterally a train every hour in the back yard. 20 feet from the house. Terribly lit outside. Owners tried to charge me for dog hair left. Its a pet friendly listing and already paid a fee upon chrck in. Do not.book this dump. hair.

Beware

When I saw two positive reviews and two negative reviews, I thought based on the pictures it was probably fine. Do not believe the pictures, they have definitely edited them.Just arriving to the neighborhood we can see it’s a rough area that we would never have selected to stay in. Also, the house next to this rental is abandoned and falling down, which is conveniently cut out of the photos. Inside, the place has serious issues and would never pass any kind of real inspection. The floors are extremely soft and when you walk across them your feet literally sink a little. Many light switches don’t connect to anything and the living room and one of the bedrooms share a light switch so if one is on the other has to be as well. We really felt the place is unsafe.There was virtually none of the things needed in the kitchen. The fridge was newish, which was nice. There was just a hodgepodge of silverware/cookware but nothing was complete or organized. The place was not very clean. Linens were very old on the bed and the bed was super creaky and uncomfortable. There was only one tv in one of the bedrooms. There was broken furniture, like the tv stand, one of the mirrors, and the bed frame. Just overall run down.Zero communication. The owner didn’t check in or do the standard welcome one normally receives. When I checked out and sent a message they never responded.Def recommend spending a few more dollars for somewhere safe with the basic amenities one expects.
