Charming 1905, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1400+ square foot Victorian cottage located in the heart of historic Milton, NC. Less than a 3 minute walk to Milton attractions/restaurants. Only 2 miles/5 minute drive to VIR. Fully restored & updated in 2020. Central heat and air conditioning as well as all modern conveniences including Tesla charging station and Apple TV. Spacious, modern, light-filled living room/kitchen addition with full-size washer & dryer. Two bedrooms, each with Queen bed & adjoining, private full bath. Dining room that doubles as office space. Ample private off-street parking. Outdoor porches with seating on both the front and back of the cottage. Beautifully furnished! One of a kind!

Highly Recommend This Gem!

This was by far one of the best homes we have stayed at in all of our travels. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was amazing; beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed and more! The house decor is lovely, with unique pieces that you don't find in many rentals. A blend of antique and modern farmhouse that flowed beautifully. There is plenty of parking. It's very close to VIR if you're here for racing, and it's right in the cute little town of Milton with places to eat within walking distance. The hosts, John and Carolee were very responsive to questions we had. They provided some very nice extra touches in the home, including some breakfast sandwiches, granola bars, coffee, creamer and sugars. Our only complaint would be that we wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!
