Bring the whole family here with lots of room for fun!
This beautiful, cozy 1500 square foot home is a 4 min drive from the Frost Bank Center and Joe Freeman Coliseum.
All rooms have smart TV's , including the living room. Enjoy the small workout room, then step into the 8ft. spa shower with double rain shower heads. All rooms
are equipped with bladeless ceiling fans for extra cooling comfort.
Checkout the beautiful backyard and relax under the stars.
The space
This property is located in a quiet historical neighborhood that is 62 years old. This is a close knit neighborhood that the neighbors look out for each other.
Downtown San Antonio, Rivercenter Mall, San Antonio Riverwalk, Tower of Americas, Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center, The Alamo, San Antonio Zoo, Botanical Gardens and many more attractions are less than a 10 min drive away. JBSA Fort Sam Houston military base is located less than 10 min away.
A beautiful, local county park, Pletz Park, for families is located 1 mile away. IH 35 North and South, IH 10 East and West, are easily accessible and 2 minutes driving distance away.
Guest access
Full house is available with front door keyless entry. A blink doorbell camera is connected to an Amazon Alexa device, in the living room, for notification. Washer and Dryer is available for guest use.
Other things to note
The home has 2 driveways. The main driveway has a covered carport and can accommodate 1 car under the carport and 2 additional cars in the driveway. The 2nd driveway, on the left side of the house, can accommodate 2-3 cars. That's the entry to the backyard with a combination lock. There are bright motion security lights by the front door and under the carport.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Being a military dependent, I traveled often with my Army mom. When she retired we moved back to San Antonio when I was in elementary school. I later went to college and joined the Air Force. Now I'm a disabled veteran. I was in the field of Accounting and Finance and Business Administration. That was my field in the Air Force and after the Air Force in the corporate world. After 12 years of Accounting, I went to cosmetology school and became a professional hair designer. After working in a salon for 7 years, I opened my own salon for 25 years. I love making people feel great, but I retired and decided to open an Airbnb. This is much more rewarding and less stress on my body! I love the smile that people have when they enter Pansy's Palace. I want my place to be a blessing to all, including my only daughter. I will pass this blessing to her! I also love for my family that lives out of town, to have a place to enjoy when they visit from the East, West, and South. The other things I enjoy is family and traveling! I love being a host, because I enjoy making guest happy and comfortable. I do whatever I can to make them as comfortable as possible. I want my place to be their "Home Away From Home"!

This neighborhood is a 62 year old historical neighborhood. It's quiet and quickly accessible to so many places in San Antonio. I was also raised in this neighborhood, so I know quite a few people out here. The people in this neighborhood are very friendly. The elderly, my peers, and their grandkids always look out for me and that's a huge plus for me!

My property stands out because it's well manicured and well lit at night. The HOA has complimented me many times and so have the neighbors. They always talk about that my Airbnb stands out so bright, clean, and crisp at night. I appreciate that because I cherish the property that my mom and God has blessed me with. I'm beyond thankful!
