Our fully stocked kitchen features an oversized island with bar seating for 4—perfect for gathering with morning coffee or prepping a meal. The open floor plan means your entire group of 8 can cook, dine, and relax together without feeling disconnected. (Bonus: We feature modern air conditioning to keep you cool during upstate summers!)

Step outside onto one of our two spacious decks. Generously furnished with ample seating and a porch swing, it is the ultimate spot to listen to the morning birdsong or toast to the evening. Facing west, the property overlooks the beautiful rolling hills on the opposite side of the Cayuga Lake valley, making it the perfect vantage point to watch spectacular sunsets paint the sky horizon.
