The ground floor is the garage plus a powder room and 5th bedroom/bonus room with a pyramid bed (twin over a full), Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, queen size sleeper sofa and Smart TV. This large room has a private entrance. The second floor is the kitchen, dining area and living room with a large deck with great ocean views. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living room for guests. Behind the kitchen is a Queen bedroom with back deck and hallway bath with tile shower. The third floor has a hallway bath, one bedroom with 2-twin beds, and two bedrooms with a Queen bed in each. The front bedroom has a spacious deck with great ocean views. Beach Tags, chairs, umbrella with sand anchor, bikes, beach toys and boogie boards are courtesy of the owner. (not guaranteed) The owner will accept off season weekend rentals.
