Great locatation with everything you need!

There was plenty of room for our large family of adults and children! There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas so you don’t need to bring your own; plus a beach wagon to carry them in! An easy walk to uncle Bills for breakfast or naughty donuts! We enjoyed the large porch and utilized that much of the time! We especially enjoyed watching the moon and night sky sparkle on the ocean! We definitely want to stay here again😎

Clean and perfect location

We love the view and everything about the house. It smelled and looked clean when we first came in. All the appliances are properly working. The layout of the bedrooms are so functional if you have small kids. The view was so spectacular when we woke up early in the morning with the beach and sunrise on our faces. We just stepped out and the biardwalk was just right there with friendly people greeting us all day. We had a great stay and we are definitely coming back.

Blessings at the Beach!

Great location. 5 bedrooms accommodated our family perfectly. It was clean and loved the two entrances to the home. Coming back from the beach with the grandkids and having an entrance to the laundry room was a BIG plus. No sand brought in to the rest of the house:-)

Wonderful large home and location for a family vacation!

Beautiful large kitchen/dining/family room surrounded by windows looking out onto the ocean. Lovely covered porch with nice outdoor furniture allowing for meals outside. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys provided. Generous parking area. Second fridge provided in laundry area which is great for extra drinks and food. Ceiling fans in almost every room in addition to lovely central air throughout. Nice quiet surroundings. Our family of nine had a wonderful week staying there!

Great spot - Porch is a Standout Feature

We brought 8 adults and 6 children for a week. Great location to the beach, the outdoor porch on the boardwalk (where we spent most of our time) was covered and spacious with water views and sounds, 2 fridges, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The upstairs neighbors were only there on the weekend. Parking for 4 cars. Great place if you have the extra $ and want to splurge for ocean views. Maryellen the owner and John the property manager responded instantly to anything we asked. Recommended.

Absolutely perfect... beautiful beach getaway!!!

The house was very spacious and cozy! Accommodated four couples very nicely and the ocean view was breathtaking! We planned a surprise 40th birthday for my husband and he had an amazing time we were all very pleasantly surprised by the deco and furniture... it is definitely a luxury accommodation with the cozy hold me feel !!!! We will definitely be back again next year for another round !!!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and the view can’t be beat. It could not have worked out better for our family reunion. The extra-large dining room table and island provided ample seating for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the extra fridge was appreciated. All of the beds were comfy; the master is HUGE. Wonderful beachfront house with fantastic floor plan! Great for grandkids!

Our annual Ocean City beach trip includes four generations with ages ranging from 14 months to 81 years! This house has a unique layout that is perfect for everyone! A master suite and junior master suite perfectly accommodate each of our 2 married kids/spouses. Another bedroom with private bath is great for my mom. There is another spacious bedroom with adjoining bath for my husband and I, plus a bunk bed bedroom for the grandkids. Great house if you are traveling with infants/toddlers. Fantastic beach access. This is our second time staying at this property. Location and layout are tough to beat! Great parking too! The only reason I would not give this 5 stars is that the property could use a little updating...especially 2 of 3 bathrooms are quite outdated. But kitchen has been renovated so that is a big plus. Also wish that outdoor shower area was enclosed.

Not sure it could get any better!

My Dad, who is 83, decided he wanted to take the whole family to the beach and wanted the BEST place to stay. He wanted to hear and see the ocean from a porch - check. Wanted beautiful accommodations - check. Wanted close proximity to boardwalk fun - check. We couldn't have asked for a better place/vacation. We had 11 adults and 5 young children in our crew and we did not feel on top of each other, with plenty of seating for everyone, and access to the beach and boardwalk was literally steps away. It was clean as a whistle, too. Everyone's favorite place to be was the huge, enclosed (OMG, thank you...toddlers!!) porch with a stunning view of the dunes, beach, ocean. We loved that we were near the end of the boardwalk as it was peaceful. It's a healthy walk to where the action is down farther on the boardwalk, but we liked that. Don't hate us but we also had perfect weather for our week at the shore. One last important thing - the owner is professional, super sweet and friendly; it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Great property and a PLEASURE to deal with the property manager. Our church group had a fabulous time here. Location is PRIME! Amenities are everything you will need. There was a small issue with one toilet (slow to refill the tank) and a plumber was there (with advanced warning) in about 4 hours! The living space (kitchen/dinning/living/front porch) was PERFECT for lounging and hanging. everyone in your group has a niche to chill. The only critique - and it's honestly to be expected - is it's obvious a lot of people have enjoyed this home. There's normal wear and tear around the house, but nothing that's going to really impair your trip. Just put it all together, look at how often this property is reviewed, that means that a lot of people who have been here, so if you expect immaculate new construction, you may be a little disappointed, but again, this is a non-issue for me. It's just a reality. The one evening was cool and we might have thought about using the gas fireplace but it wasn't immediately obvious how to turn on the flames, though the pilot was lit. The metal surround was loose and so we opted to not mess with it. Another minor thing - if you have a 2 year old running around, there is a carbon monoxide / smoke detector with a big old button at hand level for a 2 year old, and so we frequently had the beep beep of a successful test. Not a big deal, just be prepared! Anyway loved, loved, loved this place and plan to return! thanks so much for a great stay!
