The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a pull-out sofa where you can curl up to watch TV or unwind after a day of adventure. For even more relaxation, enjoy a glass of wine on our futon, the perfect spot for kicking back and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Our rental comes equipped with convenient amenities, including a washer and dryer, so you can easily refresh your wardrobe during your stay. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with a hairdryer and a shower, offering everything you need to feel right at home.

Exclusive Community Amenities for Your Enjoyment: As our guest, you'll have access to two golf carts, making it easy to explore the property and enjoy the fantastic amenities. Take a short ride to the marina, pool area, tennis court, or the charming library. For beach lovers, a private, white-sand beach awaits, offering the perfect spot to relax in tranquility.
The beach is a private community beach for residents and their guests. Our renters are welcome to use the beach when it is open. Please note that during turtle nesting season, beach access may be temporarily restricted or closed. Guests are asked to help keep the beach clean.

The traffic noise from HWY 1 is terrible. You are very close to the road which has motorcycles and semis going by all day. VERY LOUD! We ask the host to cancel our 2 nd and 3rd month of rental because we couldn’t sleep. They refused. Nowhere in the listing does it mention being that close to the loud road. We ended up having to stay at another VRBO to get peace. We use VRBO a lot and never wrote a bad review before. This property was not clean, was loud and cluttered with furniture. We would never stay here again.

This private community property offers private 24-hour security for your safety.

This property is located between the Gulf and ocean waters.

A marina is located inside this private community, offering a local convenience store stocked with bait, gas, and food. Other amenities this community offers include a heated pool, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, library, dog park, playground, ping pong, pool tables, and a private beach. The private beach is available to all property owners and renters.

You can enjoy local activities such as sunrise and sunset viewing, kayaking, and the ocean breeze.

Additionally, this location is a portal to deep-sea fishing, reef fishing, bone fishing, diving, snorkeling, and all water sports.

The three-mile bridge is located nearby, which is the tarpon capital of the Keys. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) specifies that tarpon is a catch-and-release-only fishery, and there are strict regulations in place to ensure their conservation.
