Beautiful studio (room) with all the comfort, good lighting and excellent location, couple of blocks from the beach, near to down town, restaurants, grocery stores, hospital, banks and public transportation. Room on 2ª floor, it has a queen size bed, A/C, kitchenette equipped with frigobar, grill of 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pans, etc. Private bathroom, plasma TV by cable, Wi-Fi, cleaning service, common laundry facilities washer / dryer, and patio with pool, palapa, BBQ, etc.

After several times asking for the little things we did enjoy our stay. We rented a car and used this place for showers and sleep and it worked out great. They only offer cleaning service every 4th day so we had to ask for fresh towels for days (hot and sandy and sweaty, I shower twice daily) they were prompt with an apology note and a bottle of bubbly so that was nice.Great location, we rented a car and took day trips all around 3 of our 6 days here.A couple blocks from the amazing Bucerias beach, lots of restaurants to choose from in the area and a 10 minute walk to the kissing bridge and then through the market and you were in the DT core with plenty of food trucks, bars and restaurants. We like getting our steps in.It was small but we really used it to shower and sleep (I bring my own pillow cases as i am a bit goofy that way) Newly renovated, new appliances, tiny balcony but i could get my fresh air.Worthy for the price.
