Just a short walk from Seven Presidents Beach and Pier Village’s dining and entertainment, this home includes a Smart TV and high-speed internet, ensuring a seamless blend of relaxation and convenience.

The stunning modern open-concept kitchen is the first thing you'll notice when you enter the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern stainless steel appliances you need to cook; dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The large island/breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or preparing meals. Added comfort of a half bath on the first floor as well. You'll truly feel the essence of a modern beach lifestyle with the hardwood floors, contemporary fixtures, and plenty of natural light that floods the living area. Nice house in Ling Branch

Nice, new house. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Good location. Easy to get around to other towns in the area. Good communication with the host.

NOT a Vacation Rental by Owner (Occupied Rental)

We recently stayed four nights in this home with our family of five (Wife, Husband, and Three Adult Children). Booking was easy as expected. We arrived after a 10 hour drive to find that the lockbox code was incorrect. Owner did respond quickly with updated code thankfully. The home is in a not so great neighborhood but it is newer and very clean. We were surprised to find that it is actually “owner occupied” so there was food on the counter and in the refrigerator and all cabinets as an FYI. They advertise that you have access to the hot tub in the backyard but be aware that there is a camera back there and you do not have access to the washer and dryer. This is not ideal for wet bathing suits and we were disappointed about this aspect as we were not going to spend time on vacation in a laundry mat. This is the most important aspect that we overlooked in the booking details. You cannot have ANY outside guests visit you in this home including immediate family members not listed on the reservation. It was easy to miss in the booking details as you have to hit “show more” to reveal this rule. We learned the hard way via an email and text message our first night in the home “hosting” family members for pizza. The checkout instructions were not included in the booking but rather were sent at 10:50PM our last night while we were asleep. The home had a lot of fragile items so avoid it at the holidays if you have little ones.

My husband and I love spending seasonal weekends at the shore, we split our time between multiple areas local to this home. My husband works 20 minutes away and I make my own hours, we are both very easily accessible. We live very adventurous on-the-go lives.
