Self-check-in via smart-lock (personal code). You’ll have exclusive use of the apartment and backyard; laundry room is shared only with the downstairs unit.

Quiet residential block in Tower Grove South, perfectly situated within walking distance of South Grand’s global eateries (0.4 mi) and historic Tower Grove Park (0.7 mi). Explore local gems like the weekend farmers' market at Tower Grove or catch live music along South Grand. Conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from Anheuser-Busch Brewery, 7 minutes from Busch Stadium, 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch, and 25 minutes from STL Airport.



Getting Around:

Free street parking on both sides of Minnesota Ave (no permits or meters). Quick access to I-55. MetroBus stop two blocks north; rideshares reach downtown in ~10 min.

I really enjoyed my stay and the host was very nice and prompt with my questions and concerns however, I would've love to have not had mold in the bathroom on the window ledge and a little more safety regarding the doors. In all the place was very comfortable and yes I would stay here again.

Beware: most pictures in the listing are deliberately taken from angle that hides something. This rental is in a high-crime area - even for St. Louis - and offers very little comfort. Furniture is very worn. WiFi is unreliable outside of the living room. Street parking is sketchy if available at all. Cigarette smoke - and other smoke - wafts in from neighbors. We heard yelling in the street every night.

Maintenance

Coming back to St. Louis need a whole month to stay. I want to try to rent the same property with a discount.

This was an interesting stay. The apartment wasn’t very clean and needs a thorough cleaning. Upon opening one of the blinds the window has been shattered. The fence back yard was nice however the back door locks itself so if you aren’t careful you will be locked out. There wasn’t any of the basics such as dish soap, trash bags, hand soap etc. The area wasn’t in the best part of town making a women traveling alone uneasy. The guy in the front yard, definitely stoned didn’t help. Management was quick to respond and the maintenance man was nice. I was booked for 14 nights and left after 4 with not being cleaned and really not feeling safe as a women traveling on my own. I informed management I was leaving and why and after having to contact them several times they agreed to refund two nights.
