The Space:

Step across the street and you're on the sugar-sand shores of Satellite Beach, with the Atlantic stretching out in front of you. This newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home puts you close enough to the water to make it part of your daily rhythm, whether that's a sunrise walk or a sunset swim.

Inside, the home is fully furnished and move-in ready, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable layout designed for relaxed coastal living. A dining table gives you a spot to enjoy meals together, and high-speed wifi paired with a Smart TV keeps you connected and entertained when you're not at the beach.

Sleeping arrangements

The queen bedroom offers a private retreat after a day in the sun, while the sleeper sofa in the living area provides flexible space for additional guests - sleeping up to 4 in total.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll have what you need on hand.

Bathroom

The bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, plus hot water for a comfortable start or end to your day.

Outdoor space

Step outside to landscaped exteriors with seating, a patio or balcony, a backyard, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill - ideal for evenings outside after the beach. Beach essentials, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided so you can head across the street with everything you need.

You're just steps from the beach, with Hightower Beach Park and Pelican Beach Park nearby for more coastal exploring. A short drive brings you to local eateries, boutique shops, and the wider Space Coast attractions, making this a relaxed home base for beach days and easy exploring alike.

Free parking is available on premises, and the home offers a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock for easy arrival. The single-level layout means no stairs to navigate. Assistance animals are always welcome, and long-term stays of 28 days or more can be accommodated.



Guest Access:

Each Sandpiper unit has an electronic keypad and separate entrance, and you will receive your code and instructions prior to check-in!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
