🏖️ Beachfront Bliss – Split-Level Condo with Ocean Views

This large beachfront condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to soak up the sun 🌞. The split-level unit features two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level, while the main floor offers a full bathroom, updated kitchen, dining/living area, and a large private balcony. Please note there are stairs in the unit. Enjoy stunning ocean views from throughout the condo, including panoramic views from the master bedroom.

The condo is stocked with beach essentials to make your stay effortless, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels, and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and large HD TV, while the second bedroom has two queen beds and a 50" Smart HD TV. An air mattress is also available for additional sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled, and the unit comes fully stocked with linens and towels. High-speed wireless internet keeps you connected if needed.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

The Condo was very clean and a beautiful Location. We really enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately I slipped & fell11/23 in the bedroom with the 2 Queens in the early morning. The tile was very slippery when I was in my bare feet. I slipped in front of the washer & dryer and fell on my right knee and right elbow. I iced it right away and woke up in the morning feeling fine, bruised and very thankful I was fine. I would definitely stay at that complex.

While the weather wasn’t good, the views to the ocean were amazing! This is the first vacation I have ever been on where I didn’t have to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, or laundry detergent. It is well stocked, and that was greatly appreciated.

A solid decision to stay in paradise for a week.

We really enjoyed our stay. Whether it was the quick access to Satellite Beach, the clean & cozy feel of the home-away-from-home property, or the fantastic location that allowed for easy travel to anywhere my family wanted to go, we were never left questioning our decision to stay there. We’re already talking about coming back to play in the sand & surf next year.

Amazing honeymoon stay

We stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the property. Waking up to a view of the ocean was a dream. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and you can see space launches right from the balcony. Easy access to everything you need! Would definitely stay here again

We really loved staying here . The only thing that disappointed me was the living room furniture was different than shown in listed pictures. The couch instead was a cream color and kinda dinghy. Also because it was pilling l, the fabric was scratchy. Nothing that can't be fixed. I wish there was a workstation. A little desk area since I was there while working but not a deal breaker. But I absolutely loved the view, and the communication of the staff was reliable. We did suffer both a 22hr power outage and boil water advisory so maybe don't go during hurricane season like we did lol.Christian the property manager made us feel so welcomed . He was really nice. Everything is either a short drive or walking distance. Would I go again. I will!

Very nice condo

Great rental experience! Beach was great and condo provided boogie boards, beach chairs umbrella and cooler so it was super easy to enjoy our time in the ocean. Heated pool was fantastic! The only thing missing was a bonfire by the beach.

Three day stay..

Nice clean unit, great pool and easy beach access that was never crowded. Some construction going on next to us, but it wasn't too bad, still had a good view of ocean from balcony. Great view of a night launch on Saturday. Would stay again, reasonable price for our stay. Close to many restaurants and Publix grocery store practically across the street. Liquor store a few miles to the south.

Perfect condo layout with a beautiful ocean view!

We loved our quiet corner unit with a beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom! Steps to the pool and the ocean!! It was a perfect condo layout for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo had all the necessary beach amenities, including beach towels. Was clean and in good repair. Taylor was extremely responsive and welcoming. We will definitely return. A binder with local restaurants, grocery, gym etc and a guest book would be a thoughtful addition. Otherwise a GREAT Beach condo!

Unfortunately, a condo was being constructed next to this property. Our initial condo was right on top of all the activity at 7 AM and 4 AM. The property manager moved us to another condo further away from construction plus compensated us a little for our troubles. The new condo was much better with less construction noise. I thought that the property manager, Taylor, was excellent. We plan to come back here next year again.

Cute clean condo

The condo was exactly as presented on the listing. It really had everything a family of 4 needs for a beach vacation. We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfy enough nobody complained. This was a last minute trip for us. There were enough restaurants nearby for a few days and the Publix is close. The beach has a lot of shells if you enjoy that. Seems the beach a little ways down was undergoing restoration. This corner condo supplied views of sunrise and sunsets which was a plus. It’s 1hr to Orlando so we visited SeaWorld on a cold day as there isn’t much inside/bad weather stuff to do nearby. The check in info supplied so great recommendations on food and activities nearby. Overall happy with the stay

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed before Christmas. Beach was beautiful! Most entact shells, huge lots and extremely unique shells we have encountered. Kids enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard. Adults enjoyed walking the beach when the tide was down, the books and puzzles available in the common area (near the aerobics only gym area), and playing with our boys. The weather was cooler than we expected, but nothing beats beach time and the view of the water. The new condo being built next door did not cause us any issues as some have stated before. The pool was warmer than the air and ocean water, but was still fairly cool only allowing for short visits. The place was clean and quiet over all! Great kitchen area and all the needed requirements to fix a few meals. The management was quick to respond about an issue that was for their need to know only, nothing that inhibited our stay by any means. We would stay here again if available.

Outstanding location with a very well appointed living space

I am giving it 5*(stars)primarily to pay homage to the face and heart of this organization Zareh Hadden!!.The unit I am commenting became my replacement unit after encountering an unexpected issues with the first one. Problems and surprises do come up from time to time, as a seasoned traveler and user of VRBO's and short rentals I can assure you that everything hinges on the disposition, availability and quick response of the manager or host to your rental property. My experience in this regards was second to none!! Zareh, took care of every little detail and request. This unit is beautifully appointed, it has pots and pans, dining-ware, cooking utensils, nice smart TV's, cable, everything worked!!! An added bonus was the almost new LG HE washer and dryer in the premises. Definitely would rent again from this organization based on my experience with this journey.

We had a nice stay

We enjoyed this 2-story property. On the plus side: it was very clean, had plenty of linens, was quite sound proof, had good television viewing, had nice decor, the furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, there was a washer & dryer (with laundry soap provided), the property manager was great (Taylor), the unit had decent views of the ocean and beach; and the price was good. On the negative side: the photos and description said it was a corner unit, however, this was deceptive as the property was not ocean front; but on the side of the building… While we had a decent ocean view we, also, faced a partially, constructed building of cinder blocks. This was quite an eye sore and was disappointing, as the photos and description did not reveal this information. There was no cooking oil (this was noted in advance), nor plastic wrap, foil, or storage containers. That is always unfortunate. The WiFi was slow and affected the ability to get online, sometimes, and the ability to stream shows. We had to reboot the system. Overall, it was a nice unit, and maybe will be a better option IF the ugly, cinder block building next door gets finished (it appears abandoned as of 4/13/24). Thank you.
