The space
With five spacious bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates large groups. Four bedrooms feature plush king beds, while the fifth is a bunkroom with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds), perfect for kids or extra guests. The primary suite includes a luxurious en suite bathroom, while two of the king bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The bunkroom has its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

The game room is a haven for fun and entertainment, featuring a massive 75” smart TV, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade table. Whether you’re in the mood for an exciting match, a nostalgic arcade challenge, or a cozy movie night, this space is perfect for bringing everyone together.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, where you can relax beneath a canopy of stars while taking in the breathtaking mountain and valley views. We cool our home using an Evaporative Cooler (Swamp Cooler), which is an energy-efficient and eco-friendly system. In our dry mountain climate, this system delivers a constant flow of fresh, naturally cooled, and subtly humidified air—a welcome, comfortable relief from the dry heat!

Our property is nestled in a beautiful natural environment. While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes.
