3 bedroom Luxury home with outstanding finishes. Built in 2023.
This property is complimentary to it's 6 bedroom sister property on an adjacent separate Lot VRBO # 1368086. Approx 200 yards away.

Property is located in a lodging tax oasis and has the lowest lodging tax rate in all of the Roaring Fork Valley, 3.9% vs Compare and Save!
Amazing Sopris views. This Property is 10-15 minutes from Basalt and Carbondale and Abuts Bureau of Land Management Land. Great for hiking, biking and other recreational opportunities. The property has a large Hotspring "Grande" Salt Water Hot Tub and firepit lounging area. Plenty of parking even for trailers. World class hiking, biking, skiing, hot springs close by. World Class mountain biking from the front door, Hike from the front door onto abutting Bureau of Land Management Land and close by hiking includes Red Mountian, Fisher creek, Sutey Ranch, Crown Mountain, Mt Sopris. Dirtbike from the front door to Basalt Mtn and Gypsum Trails. World class fishing on 3 gold medal Rivers 15 minutes from the house. The all natural and free Penny Hot Springs is 30 minutes from the house. World class snowmobiling 45 minutes from the house. Amazing restaurants in Basalt and Carbondale. Glenwood and Iron mtn hot springs 20 minutes from the house. Glenwood Adventure park 20 mintues from the house.

This was such a beautiful home, perfect for our vibe of relaxation and comfort. Great location and privacy but still close to town! Amazing kitchen, that was fully supplied with everything you need to prepare any meal!

Beautiful Place and Beautiful Location

We stay in both properties of Lynn and Erik's and the places work great for our party of 21. The new build is beautiful and the views from the deck are outstanding and the inside is to die for and the rooms are very comfortable. The other home is also beautiful and also has outstanding views. The kids loved the outside and the hot tub. We could sit on the decks for hours and enjoy each others company. Thank you Lynn and Erik for the use of these stunning places.

This stay was absolutely amazing!! Our hosts were very accessible and we had explanations and directions for everything we could ever need. The views were outstanding and we had lots of privacy. The grounds and gardens were beautiful. The interior of the home was spectacular. It so spacious yet cozy. The hot tub was crystal clear perfect for viewing the area with a birds eye view. I hope to go back.

What a stunning property! You can almost imagine you are in France overlooking the Alps and miles of pastoral farmland. Besides the view, the home is gorgeous. It’s modern yet comfortable, stocked with everything you need for cooking, cleaning, and just existing. The hosts even had fresh garlic and strawberries waiting for us on arrival. We didn’t want to leave!
