Discover your perfect escape at our beautiful vacation rental located on the picturesque shores of Grand Lake in Saginaw, MN, near Ivy Black. This inviting retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy nature.

The property features three cozy bedrooms, with two located upstairs. The spacious master bedroom boasts stunning views of the lake, allowing you to wake up to the tranquil beauty of the water. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, perfect for additional guests. Downstairs, you'll find another well-appointed bedroom with a queen bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable space to unwind.

Enhancing your stay, this property also includes a soothing sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day of outdoor adventures. Enjoy the serene surroundings, whether you're lounging on the deck, exploring the nearby trails, or indulging in water activities on the lake.

Guests will have ample parking.

This home is on a private septic and private well. The well water has a slight sulfer smell that others have noted. The water has been tested to state standards and is safe. We will provide bottles of water during your stay for drinking.

Please note - the three season porch is not heated.

A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

A great place to stay! Excellent communication from the host, check in easy as can be. Being right on the lake, so relaxing. Was lovely to listen to the loons every evening. Had all the right necessities in the kitchen, place is clean and welcoming. Firepit was awesome, kayaks were enjoyed. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Would easily stay here again!

The property is beautiful and stocked with everything you could need for a trip to the lake! The house is nice and newly renovated and the location is perfect. We loved staying on the lake and using the kayaks and the fire pit. We also appreciated having board games there as well! The location is great for getting away for some peace and quiet but is also close enough to Duluth and North Shore attractions. We had a great time and definitely recommend this property! The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok.

What a great, cozy place. 25-ish min drive to many hikes as well as Duluth. Lake is very shallow, so safer for curious kiddos. The sauna was a great bonus. We did need to pop to the store to get spring water, as there was a distinct odor to the water (well water water softener I suspect), so recommend bringing water if you/your guests are particular about that.We would definitely stay again if we are planning a trip to Duluth. Loved it so much, we tried to stay additional days. Thank you for a perfect break from the city!

My husband and I love visiting the Duluth area and the north shore. This beautiful place was so peaceful and relaxing. The house had everything thing we needed. The owner’s obviously take pride in their place and give every consideration possible for their visitors staying here. The views and birds on the lake were incredible. This is close enough to Duluth and the north shore to take it all in. I loved the upper deck too.

We are from just outside Duluth, born and raised here. We love the outdoors! Fishing, hiking, kayaking, four wheeling and being on the water. We love nature and we fell in love with this place the moment we found it. We are so thankful and blessed to be able to share this space.

We chose this neighborhood because we live about two miles away! We love the sunsets, the water, the kayaking, the sauna. We enjoy the space ourselves in between guests. Its so close to local cities for shopping and its also near Ivy Black.

The sunsets are amazing on this lake. We have enjoyed the northern lights also.
