Caribouyah Lake House is a recently renovated A-frame waterfront retreat for up to 8 guests, pairing classic Minnesota lake life with a bright, open interior, lake views, a sauna, and lake access. Gather by the gas fireplace or outdoor fire pit, then explore Duluth's trails, Canal Park, breweries, and more.

Settle into a distinctive, recently renovated A-frame with an open-concept layout, large lake-facing windows, and room for up to 8 guests. The bright living area features leather furniture, a pull-out sofa, a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy indoor gas fireplace.

The remodeled kitchen has navy cabinets, modern appliances, bar-top seating, and lake views while you cook. It is equipped with cooking basics, including a crockpot, drip coffee maker, griddle, pots and pans, blender, toaster, baking tools, and barbecue utensils. Complimentary Duluth Coffee Company coffee, a few beverages, and popcorn are provided to help you get started.

Sleeping spaces include:
• A main-level bedroom with a king bed and nature-inspired décor
• A lofted bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and light, airy design
• An open loft space with a built-in queen bed
• A pull-out sofa in the living area

Both king beds have handmade headboards crafted from local wood. Bathrooms include essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup wipes, and a hair dryer. A free in-unit washer and dryer are available for longer stays.

Outside, enjoy the private backyard with lake access, a private gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a fire pit with four chairs. The sauna is located across from the fire pit for an easy, relaxing lakeside reset.

Guests have private access to the house, a private entrance, a private backyard, lake access, a sauna, and driveway parking. Self check-in is available via smart lock; your unique entry code will be provided in your reservation instructions.

The garage is not accessible to guests.

Please note that due to its secluded nature, having a car is essential to fully enjoy the area. Both Duluth and Two Harbors are just a short drive away, providing you with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping.

Duluth's many mountain bike trails are a popular attraction! Head over to Canal Park, Park Point Beach (the longest sandbar in the world!), Lester River, Superior Hiking trail access, historic Enger Tower and many breweries and restaurants!

PETS
This property is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation for $75 per dog. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised out of a crate. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting neighbors, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed and under the handler's full control. Any property damage caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
