Great March Ski Trip

Great stay for me and my 12 year old son on a spring break ski trip. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beds were very comfortable. Check in was very easy and host was proactive with communications. Great location as very close to Beaver Creek and Avon.

Sweet spot in Eagle Vail

Great location in Eagle Vail Golf Club community. Easy access off 6. Found it easy to use Beaver Landing drop zone to switch skiers out. Beaver is always the best

Great Stay!

The property was clean and comfortable with everything in working order. The location was very convenient to both BC and Vail so it was perfect for us and right on the bus line. The host communication was fantastic as well.

Great value for Vail / Beaver Creek stay

Property was perfect for our family ski getaway. Right next to Beaver Creek but we skied Vail and the drive is short and easy. Property was clean and appealing, great communication with property mgmt team and all logistics were seamless. Overall great value!

Great condo for a family ski trip to Beaver Creek

Professionally and well-managed condo close to Beaver Creek resort. Enjoyed the straightforward rental process, clean facilities, well-stocked kitchen appliances and tableware for cooking family meals, board games, location and easy parking. Good for our family of two parents and three school aged kids.

Great family vacation stay

We stayed here for a family vacation. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to, extremely cozy, and close to everything. They had everything you need and did not require a lot to leave the property, which made it feel like a luxury hotel experience. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful townhouse Near Beaver Creek

Had a great time at the Townhome. Nice accommodations for myself and family of 4. Bedrooms were of good size. Large living room with a lovely dinning area. Kitchen well stocked. Needed more humidifiers and Rental company responded within a couple hours to bring us 2 new ones. Highly recommend.

Great Townhouse & Experience

Booking and communications with iTrip and this property was solid and seamless. This townhouse is comfortable and warm and contained all the items to cook breakfast and dinner each day. The location was perfect for us to visit Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. Beds and linens were great and the separation of bedrooms perfect. There is also a really nice Walmart across the street that has all the grocery needs you may have. It snowed heavy on our departure and we were please that the snow plows were out in force and able to make driving conditions great.

Brothers Ski Trip

My 4 brothers and I take a yearly ski trip to CO; the previous condo we have rented was unavailable so we found ourselves in this condo for the first time. We were very pleased with the condo; plenty of room on the main floor to hang out after a hard day skiing and nice having the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. We will definitely come back here next year!

Beautifully Located Property with Great Potential

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. While there were many positive aspects, several drawbacks significantly impacted our stay. **Positives:** - **Great Location**: The property is ideally situated, making accessing local attractions and amenities convenient. - **Well-Equipped Kitchen**: The kitchen was a highlight, with plenty of utensils, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. - **Great Layout**: The property's layout was comfortable and functional, providing a comfortable flow between rooms. **Negatives:** - **Cleanliness Issues**: The property had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dust under and behind furniture and insects around the windows. We went looking for jenga blocks that were missing and discovered a filthy amount of dust and insects behind and under the couch that had been there for months. The rugs in the entryway were dirty and worn, and the laundry area smelled musty. A deep clean is needed. - **Heating Challenges**: The property was challenging to heat adequately during winter. The thermostat is opposite the fireplace and adjacent to the kitchen, so whenever the oven or fireplace was on, the thermostat would register all 3 levels as warm, leaving the lower level freezing. If we turned it up to warm the lower levels where our baby slept, then we sweltered on the mid and upper levels. - **Inadequate Bedding**: The bedding provided was insufficient for winter. The comforter was lightweight, and the additional blankets were thin, making it challenging to stay warm at night, especially given the above heating issues on the lower floor. - **Outdated Bathrooms**: The downstairs bathroom is tiny and in need of updating to match the potential of the property better. - **Limited Storage for Winter Coats**: It’s a shame that the coat cupboard is being used for cleaning supplies, as it would be beneficial to have a dedicated space to hang winter coats and other outdoor gear. **Additional Notes:** While the property has a lot of potential and is lovely overall, it is not being adequately cleaned or cared for (we found spices that were 2yo old). With some attention to cleanliness, updated bathrooms, and better heating solutions, this property could be a fantastic place to stay. **Service Feedback:** iTrip was very helpful during our stay. They accommodated a late checkout and extended our stay, which we greatly appreciated. We would recommend both the location and iTrip for their service. **Overall Recommendation:** Unfortunately, we will not return to this property in its current condition. While it has great potential, the lack of thorough cleaning and inadequate care significantly detract from the experience. There are plenty of options in Vail.
