City central studio apartment in upscale well equiped building. This unit features 1 queen bed and pull out sofa.
Building has an outside and inside lounge with games and tvs. Also comes with a gym so you don’t have to miss any workout days!
5 min walk to the Spokane Convention center and INB performing arts center.
15 min walk to Washington State University (GO COUGARS), WSU college of nursing, the grayhoud bus station and the beautiful Centennial walking trail.

A real bargain!

This is the perfect apartment for a single traveler. it was clean and spacious. The location is great. Will definitely stay here again.

For a secure building I had woman trying to break into my air conditioning unit multiple times through out the night so much so I had barricade myself into the room afraid for my safety I'm a high profile political figure and was expecting some better security very unsatisfied I would like my money back then I actually paid for another evening to see if it would get better but was awoken from my slumber for I work on the graveyard and was sleeping with room paid for I thought rudely awaken and lied to about availability of room for the same three cars are in the drive way very unsatisfied horrible night stay and sleep!!!!!

Very disappointed

I stayed here over a long weekend with my teen and adult daughter. I had a lot of remote work to get done and my daughter needed to catchup on online classes so thought this apartment with a live work space would be perfect. It was clean and very moderately furnished (almost enough cooking utensils. Lots of almost like it had measureing cups but no measuring spoons, and a caddy with lots of herbs and spices but no basic salt and pepper. The coffee pot was not working properly, which was a disappointment. There was also eucalyptus tied to the shower head that got caught in our hair every time we used the shower. Weird, but not the worst experience ever. There were two pretty significant problems however, the “Japanese” style bed that was supposed to push under the closit unit during the day was broken and we had to drag he bed out.by hand every night which was not great on my shoulder. Additionally, we rented the apartment for 3 people and it clearly states there’s a sofa bed option (it’s a little small, but fortunately one of my daughters is short) however the apartment only came with one set of sheets and 1 blanket! We messaged to e host multiple times about this and other things we had questions with and NEVER received a response. We still got a probably cut and paste message about how to check in and asking us to reach out if we needed anything but that was obviously a lie because we did need something and we did reach out and you still haven’t responded.
