Modern design and decor really brings this place to life. 2 bedroom 1 bath with fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. 1st floor unit with patio and shared back yard. Walking distance from grocery store and the new Appleway Trail. Smart lock technology for convenient self check-in and key-less entry. WiFi and video steaming available on both of the 65" and 55" smart TVs. Highchair and pack n play provided upon request.

The Space:
Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. With a fully stocked kitchen we have made cooking and eating in a delight. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV and 65" master bedroom TV. Whether you are traveling for business or an escape from the daily grind this warm and cozy apartment is a perfect fit. BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

This place was exactly as described , the beds were very comfortable , washer and dryer worked great , very very clean , grocery store very close, we travel for a living and we stayed here for 3 weeks , I must say this is one of the best most comfortable places yet , thank you.

Lovely apartment tastefully decorated with everything you would need during your stay.

Most importantly Jerry and Natasha are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. We will definitely stay in this or another of their VRBO's in the future.

Nice Home

Property was very clean and well equipped. Located on the west end of 4th Ave with easy access to restaurants and food shopping. Short drive to Idaho as well.

A nice, clean apartment in a small, quiet apartment complex. Located perfectly for our needs in Spokane Valley. Communication with hosts is excellent. We will be back.

Nice place, well layed out. A bit basic but had everything we needed

It was cold and we didn't realize why until we checked out. 2 circuit breaker blew. One for the living room heater, another for the dishwasher. Kitchen well equipped. Master bed less than ideal

Nice, well equipped 2 Bedroom rental

This space was perfect for my stay. The location is great. Within a quarter mile of Winco and within 15 mins from anywhere, even downtown Spokane and the waterfalls. Plenty of parking in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Code entry was really easy and convenient. The place was well stocked with all the essentials. There was a coffee maker with ground coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Plenty of dishes in the cupboards and a nicely stocked spice rack, which can be viewed in one of the pics in the listing. The shower has really nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I have really long hair and there was more than enough for me to thoroughly wash and condition my hair each day. The tvs were great, super high definition and a great distraction from the work day. The hosts were kind and communicative. I highly recommend this location if you are staying in the Spokane area.

Clean rooms, great location, great communication from Jerry and Natasha. I was a little worried about parking, but there was plenty of space. Definitely would stay again the next time I'm in Spokane!
